5 Swelltite Installation VOLTEX DS Voltex DS combines the proven waterproofing capabilities of a bentonite geotextile composite with a high-strength HDPE liner. The fibers of the non-woven fabric are permanently bonded to the HDPE liner. This dual system combines the contaminant and hydrostatic resistance of a traditional HDPE membrane with the self-healing waterproofing qualities of bentonite to create a true dual system. 6 Waterstop-RX Attached to Substrate Waterstop-RX Waterstop-RX : Expanding Concrete Joint Waterstop Waterstop-RX is an expanding strip waterstop designed to stop water infiltration through cast-in-place concrete construction joints. It expands upon contact with water to form a positive seal against the concrete. The key to Waterstop- RX s effectiveness is high sodium bentonite content which provides superior expansion to seal and fill voids and cracks in the concrete. Designed to replace passive PVC/rubber dumbbell waterstops, Waterstop-RX eliminates the requirement for special pieces, split-forming and seam welding. 7 Bentogrout mixing in hopper Above-grade injection setup Bentogrout : Remedial Waterproofing Injection Grout Injection port grid Bentogrout is a high-solids grout consisting of a proprietary blend of bentonite and polymers formulated for sealing water leaks in existing below-grade structures. Installation is fast and easy. Simply mix Bentogrout with water and pump it adjacent to the exterior of the building. There it solidifies and expands slightly to form a waterproofing barrier. It can be pumped from above-grade, outside the structure without excavating or from the interior of the structure through drilled holes in the walls or slabs. Limited jobsite space is required for injection.
