QUALITY MANAGEMENT Our quality system comprises of a Quality Policy, Integrated Management System Manual and Corporate Procedures as well as a comprehensive suite of template forms, checklists, registers and other documents. We utilise an intranet based document delivery platform to ensure simple and easy access to all company documentation from any site. As a principal contractor our documentation includes but is not limited to; drawing registers, technical query forms, survey plot registers, concrete testing records, reinforcing steel schedules and much more. Recognising the unique aspects of every project, a specific project quality plan is developed to clearly document the quality requirements in accordance with the drawings, specifications and standards. This will incorporate Inspection and Test Plans for each relevant component of the scope of work to ensure verification of conformance to the required performance standard or specification. For all our projects we ensure a high quality management system is implemented in conjunction with ISO EMPLOYEE SAFETY Our employees are the biggest asset in Remtech s operations.
