The adhesive tape used to create a Flexi Seal enables it to be opened and re-sealed as many times as required without losing its integrity. 8 Easy Seals: Helping you retain brand integrity Easy Seals are manufactured using specially constructed coloured foil with a re-sealable adhesive and feature a unique, easy-open flap. Paper tabs are affixed to both ends of the taped seal, allowing easy opening, and our high performance adhesive tape allows the seal to be opened and re-sealed as many times as required. Unlike other seals, the adhesive tape on Easy Seals maintains its original position, which means that pack tightness won t be compromised during transport and the pack presentations standards you require for brand integrity will be retained. 8

9 TS3-EP Bag Sealer: Safe and secure bag sealing Our popular TS3-EP Bag sealer is a robust and efficient table top sealing machine that is simple to operate and easy to maintain. Delivering a printed, tamper-evident adhesive tape seal, it is suitable for use with paper or plastic bags. Designed initially for the bakery industry, we are increasingly seeing the TS3-EP Bag sealer being used more widely across other industries, including fresh produce and chilled and frozen meat. As the global market leader in the design and production of automated high-quality bag sealing machines, we are proud to say that 95% of all bagged bread in the UK is sealed by one of our tape sealer machines. 9

10 Making bag sealing affordable To make our popular bag sealing equipment affordable for businesses of all sizes we have introduced a leased option, allowing businesses to rent a machine in exchange for a monthly fee over a five-year period. And because we know how important budget and cashflow planning are in fast moving production environments, we have introduced fixed price annual service contracts to help customers benefit from regular and proactive machine servicing at an affordable monthly fee. Our equipment is designed and built in the UK, which means we hold a comprehensive range of spare parts in stock at our warehouse that are available for quick delivery should a replacement become necessary. 10

11 Seal of Approval Warburtons Newburn have used Select Bag Sealers for a number of years. Most recently, we purchased two new Flexi-Sealers to replace old, obsolete equipment. The new Flexi-Sealers have been installed and running on our site for almost a year now and have performed very well in this time. The Flexi-Sealer has proven to be a robust and efficient sealer, which requires minimal maintenance attention. We will definitely consider purchasing additional Flexi-Sealers should they be required in future. We are very pleased with the way our two SBS machines have worked so far. They haven t missed a beat and going forward we will be looking to set up yearly service visits from SBS to ensure both machines continue to deliver the best possible performance.
