2 Brief Description of the Designer Jimmy Ricardo Vargas, Nicaraguan, 34 years old, civil engineer and consultant. Post graduate degree in design and evaluation of projects, specialist in housing and building construction. This includes supervising, budgeting, design, inspection, and housing consultation. With more than ten years experience with NGOs, Private Sector, Government Institutions, and Cooperation Agencies. Last Experiences, Building Inspection in playa Marsella, Client: Karen Weiner, it was determined if the house contained the constructive technical elements of a home without risk of collapse, irreversible damage, short-term or destruction caused by forces of nature. 3 Type of materials to be used in the construction All materials to be used will be of top quality, 09 columns will be built with concrete and iron, thick and style of the columns according to customer preferences, type of wood to be used will be selected between roble or guapinol according the preferences of the client. Guapinol Roble Concrete for the columns will be prepared in based to the supported future weight, typically with technical specifications 1-2-3, 3,000 pounds of pressure. Iron standard with rods of 10 elements, stirrups and tie wire correctly positioned. 3

9 Costs, Labor and Materials The total costs are U$ 8,000 dollars approximately, the work can be done in one month, working Monday to Saturday, saturday day until 12:00 pm, if the client is agree with this sample, the contratist will give one detailed budget with quantity of materials to be used. The cost of the current design is US and will be paid once is given to the client. Recommendations and conclusions 4 columns will be of 3 meters long and 5 will measure 5 meters, because the land is inclined, we recommend placing bolts to the end of each column and sinker on the posts that will support the rails, to bolt the posts bolt in concrete columns and ensure that they remain firmly. 9
