Submission of a No Bid for any item number will result in the proposal being declared Non-Responsive and will not be considered for award (Reference Section 20 of the Invitation to Bid). The estimated quantities are for determining the low bid and have no bearing on the actual quantities that may be utilized under this contract (Reference Exhibit B, Section II). RENEWALS: This contract may be renewed for a period that may not exceed 3 years or the term of the original contract, whichever period is longer. THE UNIT RATE(s) WILL APPLY TO THE INITIAL TERM AND ANY RENEWAL PERIODS. MFMP Transaction Fee: C-3

5 All payment(s) to the vendor resulting from this competitive solicitation WILL be subject to the 1% MFMP Transaction Fee in accordance with the attached Form PUR 1000 General Contract Condition #14.
