4 DRAINAGE PIPES AND FITTINGS BLUCHER DRAINAGE PIPES AND FITTINGS The BLUCHER EuroPipe TM drainage pipework system consists of pipes and fittings in grade 316L stainless steel. All pipe and fittings with socket and lip sealing ring. The BLUCHER EuroPipe TM push - fit drainage pipework system provides easy to use waste water drainage pipework and rainwater pipework for all applications, e.g. commercial buildings, food factories, laboratories and black & grey water installations on board ships. BLUCHER EuroPipe TM is lightweight, versatile, aesthetically pleasing, economical and reliable. Combined labour and material savings can be considerable when compared with traditional pipe systems. BLUCHER EuroPipe TM has proven its reliability in hundreds of thousands of metres in pipework installed over the past 3 decades worldwide. Available in stock, 50, 75, 110, 125, 160, and 200mm in standard lengths from 0.15 to 5 metres Fast and simple installation due to push-fit socket and spigot end jointing Easily combined with other pipe materials Weight is 1/3 of traditional light weight cast iron pipes Completely interchangeable between vacuum and gravity installations Where to use it: High rise buildings, hospitals, commercial kitchens, food and beverage industry, chemical/pharmaceutical industry, on board ships. 5 INDUSTRIAL FLOOR DRAINS The quality of a drainage system is often dependent on the water trap. BLUCHER Industrial features a removable TM water trap with excellent flow and self cleansing abilities, and owing to the carefully designed modular components in 316L stainless steel, it provides numerous possible combinations and a solution for any industrial drainage requirement. Designed for demanding load and flow applications and with outlet sizes 75, 110 and 160mm diameter the Industrial Drain range has been developed for use within the industrial market. Suitable for tiled, screeded or vinyl floors features include a range of gratings (medium to heavy duty), filter baskets and removable water traps. The electro mechanical press used during installation, ensures safe, secure pipe connections, simply by pressing pipes and fittings. No welding and therefore no fire risk. The high quality stainless steel used in both fittings and pipes guarantees greater resistance against corrosion, even with aggressive water conditions.
