It has excellent resistant to water vapour transmission. White in colour. A one component, paste like, non-drying non oxidizing mastic sealant that is highly durable yet pliable. It features micro porous-breathes to stop blistering, high temperature stability and no re-emulsification in water. It is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and free of toxic components. It is effective in reducing "concrete cancer", carbonation, spelling and soleplate attack. A ready to use, acrylic based elastomeric coating for joint-less sealing of roofs and other substrates with a lot of crack and water seepage. It is solvent free, flexible, weather resistant, UV resistant, impervious to water. It can be sprayed, has good thixotropic properties and is suitable for vertical surface applications.
