1 1 Item No (A) HIGH MAST LIGHTS Description of work SCHEDULE A SCHEDULE OF RATES AND APPROXIMATE QUANTITIES FOR: PROVIDING EXTERNAL LIGHTING ARRANGEMENTS AND L.T. SERVICE CONNECTION TO THE PILLAR BOX AT MASTER PLAN AREA COMPLEX OF ARULMIGH MARIAMMAN THIRUKOIL SAMAYAPURAM AT TRICHY. a) The quantities here to be given are those upon which the lump sum tender cost of the based but they are subject to alteration, omission Deduction or addition as provided for in the contract do not necessary show the actual quantities of work to be done. b) The unit rates noted below are those governing payments for extras or deductions for omissions according to the conditions of the contracts as set forth in the P.S of the TNBP and other conditions of specifications of the contract. c) It is to be expressly understood that the measured work is to be taken(not with standing any customs or practice to be contrary) according to the actual quantities when in place and finished according to the drawing are as orders from time to time by the JC/EO on the cost calculated by measurement or weight at the respective prices without additional charge necessary or connected herewith. The rates quoted are for works in sitter and complete in every respect. Quantity Nos (Three Numbers) Supply and erection of 16 Metres high mast hot dip galvanized shaft in two sections with minimum over lap distance of 1.5 times of its diameter at penetration to withstand a minimum of 50 Metres per sec. wind speed complete with a suitable size of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/M2 at 2 Metre depth with all materials and labour and with suitable length and size of foundation bolts and nuts, washers, anchor plate and template manufactured from special steel and with 12 nos 160W LED luminaires of NTL Lumnis-pharox brand of product code NFL 7148 AC 369 AC 001 D/ Philips (or) equivalent arranged in two rings one below the other with 8 Nos in topring and 4 nos in the lower ring with complete fixing clamps bolts and nuts and with total wiring connections with 2.5 Sq.mm PVC sheathed flexible copper cable conductor lugs etc., and control gear box including mounting clamps and bolts and nuts etc., including raising and lowering system comprising of head frame, luminairs carriage suitable for installing 6 nos luminairs in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 5mm dia S.S. wire rope, trailing cable connectors of suitable capacity integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box complete wiring TNBP NO Rate in figures and in words Issued To Thiru : Joint commissioner/executive officer Unit in figures and in words Amount Rs.
