7 Delivery Services Let us help with the heavy lifting. Home and Cottage delivery is available at all our locations. Although we offer daily service, please contact your local McMunn & Yates for availability. Some notice may be required for specialized equipment. Delivery charges may apply. Our Shed Mule Delivery equipment makes delivering your new pre-built shed easy! Capable of delivering in very tight locations, our Mule delivery equipment allows us to deliver your new shed exactly where it needs to go. Available at select McMunn & Yates Building Supplies locations. Help prepare the area To help prepare for the delivery of your new shed, we require the area in which your shed is received is 48 or larger than the location chosen with at least 14 height clearance. Access to where you would like to place your shed should be clear of shrubs, flower beds, trees and limbs. In the case of paved driveways and sidewalks or fenced in yards, our equipment will not be able to cross those areas. If you are unsure the area in which you would to receive your pre-built shed meets the above requirements, one of our associates will be happy to help you decide if a pre-built shed is the right choice. If your property does not meet the above requirements, please refer to our unassembled shed packages, complete with building instructions. Please note: Before purchasing a prebuilt shed or unassembled shed package, you may need to inquire with your local building officials to be compliant with any permits.
