The company functions as an entity for the advancement and promotion of technical expertise to serve the built environment sectors of both public and private enterprise and delivers professional services to Client Bodies at Municipal level, Road Authorities and Agencies, Public Works, the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA), Department of Health and Emergency College of Education and Department of Education and Social Services, Industrialists Business and Private Developers and Individuals. The companies founding partner has had in excess of twenty-five years in the consulting arena and has been part of design, management and assistance to some notable infrastructure projects for large and medium size consulting practices alike. These projects have ranged from building and hydraulic structures, estates civil and bulk services, road geometrics and pavements, civil and structural services for hospitals, schools, assessments, rehabilitation of roads, apron and taxiways to airports and parking to shopping areas and commercial development. The consultancy brings a wealth of knowledge to serve the industry where there is the ever increasing challenge due to the diminishing pool of professional skills available across the spectrum. Being South African the firm is has continued to play a meaningful role in the development of our country and the upliftment of our communities through engineering and the provision of much needed infrastructure. Ÿ Project Management: from pre-feasibility, scope, destination, implementation, project completion and close-out. Ÿ Geometric Design: of rural and urban roads, intersections and parking areas. Ÿ Pavement Assessment: design and rehabilitation - roads, airports and railways.

Project Description: Concrete Bridges, Ramps & Stairways. 2x45m long concrete ramps at Mpilisweni station. Prestressed concrete bridge beams above rail line at Mpilisweni station. 3x30m long concrete ramps to both sides at Anglers station.

6 Client: Telkom. Location: Centrex Building - Pine Street - Durban. Project Description: Additional Structural Support To Carry New Transformers, Chillers & Generators To 10 Storey Building. New piled foundations, columns and beams in basements. 20 ton generators and transformers to existing suspended concrete floors.

9 Client: Telkom. Location: Beach Front - Central Durban. Project Description: Structural Repairs Of Lift Tower Shaft, Columns & Beams To Exchange Building. Exposed corroded reinforcement / coarse aggregate exposure after removal of concrete spall. Exposed concrete and facade rehabilitated with new high strength concrete & special admixtures.

10 Client: Hibiscus Coast Municipality. Location: Port Shepstone - Princess Elizabeth Drive. Project Description: Tidal Surge Rehabilitation - Retaining Walls, Road & Culverts. Start of construction and 15 metre high embankment retaining structure. Construction of road way and 10 metre high gabion protection works at outlet culvert structure. Completion of embankment protection, new walkway, public parking and road way.

11 Client: PRASA. Location: Pretoria Central Station To Koedoespoort Station. Project Description: Drainage & Storm Water Structures & Embankment Stabilisation. Rectangular storm water channel and gravity retaining block protection along rail line. Gunite stabilization of embankment in cut & storm water drainage structures.

12 Client: PRASA. Location: Katlehong Station To Kwesine Station JHB - 6,5 km Long. Project Description: New Bulk Stormwater Drainage, Bridge, Culvert & Retaining Structures & Rail Formation Replacement. Trapezoidal storm water drain Retaining walls and open channel structures along section where rail formation replaced. Severe rain storm event in 2016 Open channel and box culvert combination functional for the 1 : 25 year storm return. Bridge crossing up sized for 1 : 50 year storm return period.
