Question: Section 3-3 on Contract Drawing B9 depicts the Temporary Pedestrian Bridge erected alongside the existing bridge to be demolished. If one takes the Stage 1 notes to be consecutive steps in a schedule, the Temporary Pedestrian Bridge only gets erected at the end of Stage 1, after completion of the Stage 1 bridge construction.
