1 BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF COMPANY With the increasing number of oil, gas & petrochemical plants in Malaysia, AQEEL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD (AQEEL) take the opportunity to become one of the key players in providing its quality maintenance and construction services. Incorporated in 1995, AQEEL, has proven its capabilities in supporting the construction of new plant facilities in Kerteh, Terengganu. Since then, the company has been active in developing young and dynamic Terengganu Bumiputra expertise through its various ranges of business activities. To date, its main activities can be categorized into piping fabrication, equipment installation, mechanical maintenance and minor civil construction. AQEEL has expand its services into EPC businesses. Required changes will be done in ensuring continuous quality services offered to the respectable clients such as PETRONAS, TNB and others. A careful expansion plan together with continuous improvement concept adopted, AQEEL is confident of its future capacity in supporting the oil, gas and petrochemical industry in Malaysia.

5 OH&S POLICY AQEEL Engineering and Construction Sdn Bhd recognizes the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and Factories and Machinery Act 1967 and any relevant Statutory Provisions. We are all committed to fully understand and adhere to the OH&S procedures developed. Audit and review shall be done in ensuring continuous improvement of such procedures. 6 SCOPE OF SERVICES AQEEL has started its business activities by getting contract from reputable companies such as Sukwon Idche (M) Sdn Bhd, Samsung Engineering Co. Ltd, Daelim (M) Sdn Bhd and few other local companies. With the win-win concept applied, AQEEL experienced management and execution team has proven its quality services and gained clients trust in the following areas a) Steel Structure Works 1. Replacement / repair work on platform at Export Terminal (PGB) 2. Installation New Platform of EMSB. 3. Installation of Platform & Stepladders for various places at GPP B 4. To fabricate and install access walkway and platforms at CUF, Gebeng. 5. To fabricate and install two units of STL/STR 23m height each 17MT with foundation b) Piping Works 1. Fabrication at 16 Spool for T2-151 at GPP2 2. To Replace 16 pipe of FW-16 #-1000 B ,000 dia inch field piping installation at GPP 5 & 6 project 4. To fabricate, install and commission piping for Lawit, Jerneh Line and Resak Line mixing station GPP 4 5. Underground piping works for Malaysia Olefin project c) Storage Tank Works 1. D-903 Floating Root Restoration Work for PP(T)SB. 2. Repair Water Fire Tank Q-701 GPP A. 3. Fabricate and install Ethylene tank 4. Plant Turnaround Works Team Experience 1. Plan and execute turnaround for oil, gas and petrochemical plants for more than ten (10) years. Projects include TA at Export Terminal, DPCU-3, MTBE etc. 2. Services cover all plant equipments such as columns, vessels, drums, exchangers etc. for DOSH inspection. 7. Loading Arm Maintenance Team Experience 1. The same team has more than ten (10) years experience in Maintaining loading arm especially at Export Terminal. 2. Services cover all aspect of required maintenance for loading arms such as hydraulic cylinder and swivel joints overhaul and major overhaul.
