Scope of Works: Complete Commissioning of all MEP Systems. The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), also known as the Giza Museum, is a planned museum of artifacts of ancient Egypt. Described as the largest archaeological museum in the world, the museum is under construction and is scheduled to be partially open in The museum is sited on 50 hectares (120 acres) of land approximately two kilometers from the Giza pyramids and is part of a new master plan for the plateau. 2 The Nile Corniche Qatari Diar:- Location: Corniche El Nile, Cairo, Egypt. Consultant: Shaker Consultancy Group. Main Contractor: CCC. MEP Contractor: Drake & Scull. Scope of Works: Pre-Functional Checks & Initial Functional Performance Checks For HVAC Systems. The Nile Corniche project is one of a number of significant Qatari Diar projects in Egypt. Located on the banks of Nile River in Cairo, the Nile Cornish is a high-end complex featuring two majestic towers and a retail atrium. The St. Regis Hotel marks the ultimate expression of contemporary luxury in Egypt s thriving capital city and will be an important component of a high-rise hospitality and residential complex. As a full-service ultra-premium hotel and serviced apartments, the St. Regis Hotel will be well positioned to provide first-class hospitality and amenities in this rapidly developing part of the world. The hotel will also offer stimulating meeting spaces encompassing a space of 2,339 sq.m, including a main 963 sqm ballroom, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a health center. The project was awarded in Nov. 2016, Works are scheduled for completion and handing over in June 2017.

3 Adwia Pharma factory:- Location: 10 th Ramadan City. Consultant: Pro-Service Main Contractor: N/A MEP Contractor: Misr for Air Conditioning Works. Scope of Works: Misr MEP CX. Management. New Head office building, which is located at 5th new Cairo, contains of three working levels, two levels of basement and roof, Building is served by 2- chillers and 3- chilled water pumps. The factory is built as an extension to the existing factory. The factory is including some sterilized clean areas of class 10,000 and 100,000. TAB has been involved starting from design phase. TAB Scope of work:- 1. Complete commissioning for MEP systems including: HVAC, Control system, Electrical system, Fire protection system Fire alarm system, Clean rooms, Medical gases lines 2. Commissioning scope of work:- Design review to insure that design made to fulfill OPR. Review project specification to insure that it to fulfill BOD. Prepare commissioning plan. Implement commissioning plan during construction phase.

4 Follow up construction phase in site to insure that it is according to OPR, BOD and industrial best practice. Supervise pre-functional tests, startup tests and functional performance tests. Create and follow up issue log sheet to insure very problem recorded and solved at the end of the project. Review operation and maintenance manual. Review owner staff training handouts. Submitting of final commissioning report.

5 Archirodon New Head Office:- Location: New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt. Consultant: Concept - Eng. Magdy Boshra Main Contractor: Archirodon. MEP Contractor: Archirodon. Scope of Works: MEP Commissioning Management. New Head office building, which is located at 5 th new Cairo, contains of three working levels, two levels of basement and roof, Building is served by 2- chillers and 3- chilled water pumps. Levels are served by Fan Coil Units, Stand-alone system and there are a three fresh air handling units which are considered the source of fresh air.

6 Marsa Allam City:- Location: Marsa Allam City. Consultant: Allied Consultant. Main Contractor: National Alkharafi. MEP Contractor: National Alkharafi. The district cooling plant supply chilled water to all Marsa Allam city facility including hotels and airport. The plant consists of:- Water cooled chillers. Cooling Towers. Primary chilled water pumps. Secondary chilled water pumps. Condenser water pumps. TAB have been involved starting from startup phase. Prepare commissioning plan. Supervise startup done by equipment vendors and contractor teams. Document all punch lists and follow up corrective actions. Prepare operation and maintenance manual. Prepare owner staff training handouts. Submitting of final commissioning report.
