4 LBJ Project Overview 16.5 mile project Concession CDA: Value: $3.2 billion O&M: $500 million Design-build : $2.7 billion Required public funds: $490 million Includes financing, utility relocations, design, construction, routine/capital maintenance Reconstruction of existing facilities and addition of 6 managed lanes ROW Completed by TxDOT Accomplishments Work began Jan. 18, 2011 Approximately 33% of construction complete as of July 31, 2012 Approximately 83% of design complete as of July 31, 2012 Over $50 million in work completed during July 2012 Estimated Completion Date: December 2015
