3 STATIONARY CONCRETE PLANTS CONSTMACH manufactures stationary concrete plants which have production capacity between 30 m 3 /h and 240 m 3 /h. Our Stationary Concrete Batching Plants are preferred for the projects which requires a long term ready mixed production at the same job site. With its capability to produce any type of concrete, stabilized and problem free structure, warranty of spare part and technical service and high quality, CONSTMACH Stationary concrete plants are preferred by the professionals. Our concrete plants are designed and manufactured in accordance with CE standards. Pan mixers, single shaft mixers, twinshaft mixers or planetary type mixers can be used in our concrete plants according to the type and features of the concrete to be produced. 2

5 MOBILE CONCRETE PLANTS CONSTMACH Mobile Concrete Batching Plants are the best solution for location-variable projects with its fast installable design, advantage of starting to the production in a short time and minimum infrastructure requirement. Furthermore, our mobile concrete plants have a feature of having all necessary equipments for concrete production on its chassis which makes the transport of the plant much more easier. The production capacity of our mobile concrete plants are between 30 m 3 /h and 120 m 3 /h. 4

7 MOBILE CONCRETE PLANTS In addition to the cement silo which is located on the body of mobile concrete plant and has 35 tons cement stock capacity, it is also possible to use external vertical type cement silos up to 6 units with the plant. 6

9 COMPACT CONCRETE PLANTS CONSTMACH Compact Concrete Batching Plant is a specially designed concrete plant model which can be transported within 40 OT container and preferred in case of the area to be installed has limited dimensions. With its easy portability and rapidly installable design and necessity of minimum infrastructure investment, CONSTMACH Compact Concrete Plants offers economic advantages to its users. Although its compacted and small design, our compact concrete plant models can reach high production capacities such as 60 m3/h. 8

11 SPECIAL DESIGN CONCRETE PLANTS Our company has a great experience of designing and manufacturing concrete batching plants for special purposes such as precast concrete production, concrete plants which have huge production capacity etc. Since we are an engineering company, it is always possible for us to make special designs which meets with the requirements of our clients 10

12 AGGREGATE STORAGE HOPPERS Aggregate storage hoppers which are used in our concrete batching plants can be manufactured with 3,4,5 or 6 compartments regarding to the demand of our clients. Stock capacity of our hoppers are between 45 m³ and 360 m³. Structural analysis are done for hopper legs and hopper body. In case of request, it is possible to cover the hopper with heat isolated sheetmetals, to adapt a grill and heating system by serpantine system. Aggregate weighing is done by 8 units loadcells. 11

13 MIXERS Mixers which are used in our concrete batching plants can be pan, singleshaft, twinshaft or planet type. HARDOX 400 or ST-52 which has high strength against abrasion are the material of the innerliners of our mixers. Our mixers serve with no problem with their easy maintenance and spare part changing and long working life features. 12

14 CONVEYORS Conveyors which are used in our concrete batching plants are designed so that they have most appropriate working angle and dimensions. 4 layered belt rubbers with high strength against abrasion, electric motors with suitable power and heavy duty gear boxes are used in our conveyors. In our warehouse, it is always possible to find any spare part such as rollers, bearings, belt rubbers for our conveyors. 13

15 WEIGHING HOPPERS Weighing of cement, water and admixture are done by loadcells in our concrete plants. Cement, water and admixture hoppers are designed so that they will allow the production of any class of concrete. Material discharging from the weighing hoppers is done by WAM brand butterfly valves with pneumatic actuators. 14

16 CEMENT SILOS We manufacture two types of cement silo as welded and bolted type. Cement silo stock capacities are between 50 tons and 3000 tons. Dimensions of our cement silos are defined as it will require minimum transport necessity. The parts of the cement silos are manufactured by special laser cutting and drilling technologies and they are implemented special surface cleaning procedure. The parts also are manufactured in sensitive production facilities with special equipments and they are painted with prime and final coating. The parts which are hung on automatic conveyor line, are painted in special painting cabinets. Then the parts of the cement silos are packed specially suitable for transportation. 15

18 CEMENT SILO ACCESSORIES Our cement silos have all necessary accessories such as level indicators, electronic filter, safety valve, air jet and butterfly valves. Accessories are WAM brand which are the sector leaders. 17

19 CEMENT SCREW CONVEYORS WAM brand cement screw conveyors with appropriate diameter, length and working angle are used in our concrete plants. In addition to superior production technology, increased flight and tube thickness results in long and problem-free service life. Antistatic powder coating is applied after sandblasting for high corrosion resistance. 18

20 AUTOMATION SYSTEM -The plant is fully automated and the system is controlled on a monitor with integrated mouse and keyboard connection points. - The system is equipped with Siemens electrical installation devices and sensors. Remote stations with distributed I/O stations are also part of the plant automation. - Advanced PLC programs and error control algorithms enable high sensitivity in weighing and dosage control even at maximum capacity. - The MCC and command panel is built for all working conditions and equipped with electrical protection systems. - The operator is able to set up all parameters, enter receipts and perform calibration operations.. All process, production and failure information are also visible and may be printed by the operator. -The operator may chose between automatic or manual operations on the illuminated mimic diagram. Digital indicators enable the operator to follow voltage and current values on the screen. - The system provides real-time 19

21 OPTIONAL APPLICATIONS It is possible to entegrate many different applications to our concrete plants such as covering the plant equipments by insulated panels, heating the plant by hot vapor generator or chilling the concrete water by in scope of climate according to production or project requirements. 22 INSTALLATION & TEST PRODUCTION Installation of our concrete plants is done by our experienced and well trained assembly staff. In addition to mechanical and electrical installation activities, starting up and test production is also made and operators of our customer is trained by us so that they can use the plant properly and handle regular maintence activities. 23 SPARE PARTS & AFTER SALES SERVICE CONSTMACH After Sales team is always ready to support our customers in terms of maintenance, replacing spare parts and removing defects activities. In our warehouse of spare parts, it is always possible to find any spare part which are necessary for our concrete plants. Maintenance and user manuals is provided together with the plant so that all regular maintenance activities and spare parts order can be done easily by the users. 22
