1. Site Preparation Reinforcing bars on columns at basement level according to plans Using a backhoe and a bulldozer, the crew clears the site of rocks, debris and trees. The land surveyor then levels the site, if necessary, and digs as necessary to lay the foundation.

2. Foundation Reinforcing bars on columns at basement level according to plans The foundation slab is probably the easiest foundation to build. It is a flat concrete pad poured directly on the ground. It takes very little site preparation, very little formwork for the concrete and very little labor to create. Sewer pipes are embedded in the slab.

3. Framework Reinforcing bars on columns at basement level according to plans After the foundation is poured and set, the form boards are removed and framing of the house begins. Reinforcing bars are used as a tension device in reinforced concrete. Electrical and plumbing contractors install pipes inside the columns slabs before the last are formed and poured. Once concrete is poured into the holes, it will need time to cure. During this period, there will be no activity on the construction site.

4. Brickwork Externally the structure is infilled with 25 cm cavity bricks, aligned with the columns and beams. Internal walls are constructed with hollow bricks 10 cm or 20 cm thick according to architectural plans. This stage really gives the development true structure, and you can feel the development making good progress when you see the brickwork completed. 7 5. Plastering (internal) Cement plastering is commonly used as the ideal coating for internal wall surfaces. Cement plaster is applied in a double coat. Double coat plaster is applied where thickness of plaster is required to be more than 15 mm or when it is required to get a very fine finish. 8 6. Rough Electrical and Plumbing The electrician installs all the pipes for electrical outlets, lights and switches. A lot of drilling is necessary, both down into the crawl space and up into the ceiling. Also rough plumbing involves installing all sewer lines and vents as Reinforcing bars on columns at basement level according to plans well as all water supply lines for each fixture. Underfloor heating is also installed and screed concrete is poured above to cover everything.

7. Rough HVAC Reinforcing bars on columns at basement level according to plans HVAC system (machines, flexibles) are installed on the ceilings.

8. Plasterboards Reinforcing bars on columns at basement level according to plans Plasterboard is hung on the ceiling and taped so the seams between the boards are not visible. This is done in all rooms including kitchens, living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, WC and hallways.

9. Spatula Work Two coats of spatula are applied to the gypsum boards to achieve a flat and smooth surface.

10. Tiling Ceramic tiles are installed.

11. Painting Internal walls will be finished with two coats of emulsion paint.

12. Aluminium Doors & Windows Aluminium doors and windows are installed.

13. External Wall Finishes Installation of HPL on the external walls.

14. Carpentry Installation of kitchen, wardrobes, internal doors and main entrance door. The kitchen units, wardrobes and internal doors are factory-made and supplied by reputable Italian brands.

15. Sanitary Ware Excellent quality products in white colour are installed in all shower and WC areas.

16. Final Plumbing / Electrical / HVAC Installation of a Variable Refrigerant System (VRV) including ceiling concealed in-door units, wired remote controllers for each area and central (On/Off) controller supply and return 3 - slot linear grilles, hot water circulating pumps, the gas boiler & burner, towel rails in all bathrooms, all necessary ductwork, supporting brackets, fittings, controls and electrical works (conduits, wiring etc.) related to the aforesaid system.

17. Electrical Appliances Installation of electrical appliances.
