35 Structureflex Fabrication Equipment Industrial Fabrication Equipment We continually invest in proven fabrication technologies in order to improve efficiency and reduce strain on staff. We have the following fabrication technolgies in our 2,000sqm facility in Cheltenham: RF Welding for waterproof PVC fabric seaming Wedge Welding for perfect clear welds on cafe PVC blinds Large format industrial sewing - Lock & Chain Stitch Automated Eyeleting Machines Mig/TIG/Oxy Welding for steel framed structures.

36 Fabric Strain Testing In-house fabric testing ensures we can properly predict the behavior of fabrics under stress loads. While many architectural PVC suppliers provide biaxial test results for their fabrics there are some that do not and very little information is available for shade cloth products (even the premium fabrics). Without this information others can only guess how the fabric will behave once installed on site. Plotter/Cutter modern computer controlled large bed cutting equipment ensures: complete accuracy reduced waste (less environmental impact) reduced strain on staff The 4m wide x 14m bay length table allows us to efficiently cut most fabrics at any length required
