The compound wall is to be provided with bell-mouth opening similar to the one shown in the Plan in Annexure-I. The work to be executed for erecting the new compound wall is given below. The dismantled debris and the old gates are to be removed from the site by the vendor with no additional cost. II DRIVEWAY / PARKING a Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. CONCRETE KERB Providing and laying Precast concrete kerb stone 2'-0"X 1'-0" X 0'-5" along the Drive way with concrete haunch on base. ENTRANCE GATE,SECURITY AND PORTAL FRAME Sqm 157 Cu m 4.4 a Providing belt concrete foundation of 1 width and 2 depth for a size of 8 x8 with the internal area to be filled and consolidated with earthwork and to spread with 4 PCC filling of ratio 1:2:4. The PCC is to be topped with matt finish tile with a basic rate of Rs.40/-sqft. The brick masonry work for the proposed security cabin is to be constructed on belt concrete foundation up to a height of 10 with mild slope up to 6 for accommodating the roofing structure. The roofing is to be provided with Galvalume corrugated sheet with curvature along all four sides of approved colour, is to be fixed on a reaper made of MS square section of size 50mm x 50mm placed at a spacing of 3 x3. The walls are to be fixed with 3Nos of UPVC sliding double track window of size 4 x3, 1No. of PVC door of size 3 x7 with locking arrangements. The security cabin is to be constructed as per the Annexure-3 attached. The brick wall is to be plastered to fine finish with CM 1:4 on both sides of the wall and a two or more coat of apex ultima weather proof paint ts to be applied on the external fall and plastic emulsion is to be applied on the internal walls. Provision of 12m electrical switch board with wiring in a concealed pipe that caters to 2 light point, 1 fan with regulator and 2 sockets. b Supply and fixing 2 Nos of entry/ exit foldable gate as per the design given in Annexure-4 of which one gate is to be made of 6 heigh and 15 width while the other gate is to be made of 6 heigh and 12 width. The rate should include all the necessary accessories required to fix the gate in position at the site and also painting the gate with enamel paint neat and complete as directed by the Engineer- in-charge. 4 4 a Providing and laying 2.5" thk. Grey and Red Pre cast concrete interlock Pavers on Natural soil in the Paving / garden path neat and complete. Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. VI CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA & EQUIPMENT a Providing and constructing Play Area by digging a sand pit of 1.5 depth and to be filled with river/sea sand of fine texture. b b c VII Providing 1.5 x1.5 x2 cylindrical concrete pedestal with 4 thick coping to support the legs of slide and swing Supply and fixing of straight slide in the proposed garden area. The tentative model of the straight slide should be as per Annexure-5 with SL07 platform 1.5mt height, chute FRP sliding of length 3.2m. Supply and fixing of two seater swing in the proposed garden area as per the tentative design given in Annexure-6. 15'-0" HIGH SCREENING FENCE FOR APPOLO CANCER HOSPITAL SIDE ON EAST AND NORTH SIDE COMPOUND Sq m 155 Sq m 4 Nos 11 Nos 1 Nos 1 Sqm 436 a VIII Providing and fixing 15 high fence made of G.I. chain link fabric of 50x50mm( mesh size) to be provided in the rear end of the fence to act as cover. Square tube section of 2mm thick to be fixed on a frame made of 2 x2 section of MS bars and thickness 2 mm. The finished product is to be as in the drawing in Annexure-7. The total finish is inclusive of bolt, nut, washers, painting the Chain, Square tube and the compound wall. The necessary scaffolding for erecting the fence may be arranged by the agency which is to be included in the rate itself.. SOIL FILLING - IN THE LAWN & PLANTING BED AREAS

5 5 a Providing & Spreading 0'-6" to 0'-9" Top Agricultural Soil mixed with sand & organic manure in appropriate proportion. b Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment at all floors in the building including cost of chemical emulsion, as per the specifications given below:-treatment of existing area using chemical emulsion (with approved chemical as prescribed by the State Agricultures / Drugs Control Deptt. with dilution percentage as per the manufacturer's specification ( say Chloropyriphos / Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% one litre per hole at 300mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2(1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole The contractor should give guarantee for the anti-termite work for a minimum period of 7 years. The rate quoted should be inclusive of the cost of all materials, T & P, labour, taxes etc complete. IX 0'-8" THK BLOCK PROTECTION WALL - INFRONT OF WELL a Dismantling the existing brick/concrete work around the well and reconstructing the same with brick work masonry structure around the well. The brick masonry should be of size 3 height and 1.5 width is to be constructed over the existing foundation. The top of the brick wall is to be couped with up to 2 thick cement concrete. The brick work is to be plastered with CM 1:4 and painted with weather proof apex ultima exterior paint to match with the surrounding wall neat and complete as directed. b Providing a grilled cover for the opening of the wall made of 8mm Square bright bars with chequred grill with 5 x5 spacing soldered to a 3 dia heavy duty up to 6mm thick GI pipe that is to run along the periphery of the well. This includes all the necessary support and accessories. The grill should be provided with a 3 x3 maintenance opening with hinges and locking arrangements. A rectangular pit is to be dug by removing the earthwork up to 10 depth. The base is to be sloped in such a way that in the North-east corner, the water drains towards the adjacent storm water drain running along the road and in the South-west corner of the plot, the slope should be towards the well so that the water drains into the well. The 10 deep pit is to be filled with 4 of 40mm gravel and 3 of 20mm gravel, 3 of river/sea sand and 4 of soil as in Annexure-9. The same is to be compacted for laying of grass pavers.
