This base quote helps to inform you if the home will meet your budget requirements. Without a doubt the most exciting part of creating your new home is the colour selection process. The Sienna Selections Centre is a custom designed space that showcases a great range of quality material and appliances from some of Australia best known and trusted brands for great peace of mind. At this stage, our financial broker will contact you for a no-obligation loan pre-approval. If you are happy to proceed, pay an initial deposit and visit the Sienna Selections Centre for a browse of colours and inclusions. The space has been designed to showcase a great mix of inclusions as well as an extensive range of upgrade items should you elect to enhance the fit out of your home. At Sienna we know that you want to make an informed choice when it comes to selecting the palette of your home, that is why we provide a qualified Interior Designer to assist you with your selections. Sienna Homes will create a more formalised quote based on detailed information about your block. This is also the time to provide a pre-approval for your loan from the bank (if required). After you have approved your base quote, its time for the fun stuff - selecting your colours and inclusions.
