2 Learn what the Construction Industry is all about through an Internship with Jordan Foster Construction. Our Internship Program will provide you with an overview of our operations with a focus on estimating, business development, and field operations. The key features of our Internship Program include mentorship, office and field experience, and day visits with our subcontractors and suppliers. LEED Gold 2929 Weslayan We re looking for bright, ambitious students who would like to learn from some of the best builders in Texas. Our Internship Program is designed for students who are within one year of graduation. Harmony Hill Luxury Apartments

3 Day Visits with our Subcontractors and Suppliers During your internship, you ll not only learn about our office and field operations, but we ll take you on day visits to the different trades that we work with to learn how they contribute to the overall construction process. For example, we ll spend the day with an electrical subcontractor touring their shop, visiting with their staff and touring several of their projects under construction. Pinnacle Bank Place Subcontractor tours include: Concrete Subcontractor Glass and Glazing Waterproofing and/or Roofing Structural Steel Fabricator Geotechnical Material Testing Laboratory Drywall Subcontractor Earthwork and/or Utilities Electrical Mechanical Here are some of the project tours and activities: Attend an elevated concrete pour Visit a reinforcement steel mill Visit a cement plant and/or concrete batch plant Visit a structural steel fabricator Visit a project site with extensive earthwork and utility work Visit a millwork shop Tour a project with an electrical subcontractor Tour a project with a mechanical subcontractor Tour a project with a drywaller Tour a project with a waterproofer and/or roofer

4 Trinity The Jordan Foster Construction Internship focuses on a Trinity of experience to provide a well-rounded exposure to the construction industry: Mentorship; Office and Field Experience; and Day Visits with our Subcontractor and Suppliers. Mentorship During your internship with Jordan Foster Construction, you will be assigned a Mentor, typically a Project Manager, who will guide you through the different facets of our construction operation. During your internship, you will: Be introduced to our employees on your first day; Have all of the equipment and systems access necessary; Spend time in the different departments of our company (i.e., estimating, operations, business development); Have all of your questions answered about the company and the construction industry; and Be able to provide feedback about your internship experience. Hotel Zaza Office and Field Experience An internship with Jordan Foster Construction is an exciting learning experience, as you will be exposed to the different departments within the company and spend a great amount of time focused on field operations.
