Dilute application with max. 50% water and apply to fat-free, dust-free, oil free and air-dry surface. 20% cement is to be added to the concentrate for exterior applications. 3 Concrete binder-fix The undiluted processable concrete bonder - you only need to stir! Solvent-free synthetic resin dispersion paint to improve adhesion of gypsum, lime-based and lime-cement plasters to smooth interior walls and ceilings, especially to concrete. Excellent bonding values, extremely odourless, extremely alkali-resistant, allows steam diffusion, quartzous / pigmented, no cement additives, quick in application and no sedimentation of the grain. Doesn't create a film and doesn't restrict steam diffusion. Application: dilute with water and use in painting or spraying process.
