Our team consists of highly-qualified rope access technicians with extensive experience. 3 What is rope access? Rope access is a form of work positioning, initially developed from techniques used in climbing. It allows workers to access difficult-to-reach locations without the use of scaffolding, cradles or an aerial work platform. Rope access is safe because of techniques such as the redundancy system which is achieved by using two ropes - a working line and a safety line. Rope access technicians can reach confined spaces quickly and cost effectively. The rigging and de-rigging of ropes is significantly quicker than scaffolding and therefore cheaper on a time-costed basis.
