2 PROJECT SUMMARY Work Completed to date: Ductwork sealed off. Slab Prep in Main Corridor The steel erection has completed for the project 99% of all roof decking is in place ST-2 is installed and ready for concrete infill Stone veneer continues on the north and east walls of Area D Area A veneer has been washed down Building temporary enclosure is proceeding Framing classrooms in E wing continues Interior framing of the Admin area is underway Bulkhead framing on D1 is complete Sheathing and Typar on the E wing has completed Densglass is started on Area C Roof parapet walls on Area E are proceeding Roof wood blocking on the E and B parapet being installed Hollow metal frames are being installed in all areas MEP s are working with the masons for placement of pipe and boxes in CMU walls. EC completed wall rough on D1 and D2 EC wall rough in metal studs both floors of the E and B wing EC pulling F/A wire in Areas E and B 2nd floor EC installing overhead lighting whips in E and B areas EC running systems wire in A and E areas HVAC running hot water piping in Area A, E and D 2nd floor HVAC completed ductwork in D wing both floors Located curbs on the roofs Plumber roughing in water pipe in Areas B and E 1 st and 2 nd floors Plumber installing carriers for water closets and sinks in the B group restrooms Plumber has completed roof drains on Area E Roof Looking from D to A and C 2

3 Construction of Stairs Drywall will begin in D wing Bulkhead framing will continue Veneer will finish on D and start on the E wing MEP contractors will continue to support the GC s mason with their rough in activities HVAC contractor will continue duct and piping in all areas HVAC equipment will be set in mechanical room HVAC Roof top units will be set EC will finish with underground feeders and branch in the building HVAC contractor will be setting equipment HVAC insulation work to begin in D wing EC will complete the grounding loop EC will continue to extend temporary power throughout the building EC will begin installing lighting fixtures in the EC continue pulling OH conduit in the E wing Main switchgear feeder wire installation to begin Plumber complete roof drains and piped on Area A Plumbing piping insulation to begin Roofing over E wing will be complete Finishing Slab in B Corridor Work Anticipated for January 2018 Building enclosure will take place for temporary heating Interior CMU to finish Steel erection detailing will finish SOG placement will be complete Exterior stone and veneer brick will continue Roof wood blocking will continue Metal framing for classroom walls will finish on all levels Wall insulation will begin in D wing SUBMITTALS & RFI s Are being tracked in NewForma.
