5 SHEET 3 OF 45 STATUS OF WORKS AS ON 31 st MAY 2017: 1) Mobilization of Resource: About 800 labour available at Site. Tower Crane: Two number of Tower Crane functional Mobile Crane: Three number of Mobile Crane available at site Ready Mix Plant: Ready Mix Concrete Batching Plant Operational (60 Cum /Hr). Procurement of Reinforcement steel : about 600 ton available at site Form Work material : Shuttering material for current requirement is available at site. Site office, Store, Quality Control Lab, Cement godown, Labour camp etc. completed Temporary Power connection to State Electricity Board obtained for construction purpose. Three bore wells are functional at site for construction purpose. Additional requirement is sourced from outside also 2) Actual Progress at site : a) Earth Work in excavation and foundation work completed for all 18 Major buildings under Phase-1A. Terrace Level casting has been completed in 10 Buildings & the rest 8 Buildings are in different stages of construction. b) Block Work completed in 7 buildings, nearing completion in 5 buildings and rest 6 buildings are work in progress. c) Out of 18 Major Buildings under Phase-1A work in 6 buildings are on schedule and rest 12 are lagging behind as detailed below

18 SHEET 16 OF BOTTLENECKS AND HINDRANCES There is delay in receipt of Architectural, Structural Drawings, Services Drawings Shop drawings from the technical consultant M/S ARCOP. A bituminous road and WBM Road is passing through the construction area of the site which needs to be shifted by Local Authority. 6. URGENT ACTION REQUIRED Process of calling of tender of left out items such as for Furniture & furnishing, Audio visual signage etc is yet to be started.
