2 PART 2 FINANCIAL BID SCHEDULE (BILL) OF QUANTITIES (PERCENTAGE RATE CONTRACT) NAME OF WORK: - Supply, fixing & erection of roof sheeting, side cladding etc. including dismantling & replacement of corroded members of existing roof supported structure and supply, fabrication, erection & commissioning of structures after necessary retro fittings of SPUN-III (R2 shed) in connection with setting up Wagon Manufacturing unit of SAIL-RITES Bengal Wagon Industry Pvt. Ltd. (A SAIL-RITES JV) at Kulti, Dist. Burdwan, W.B. POINTS TO BE NOTED WHILE QUOTING RATES 1) Tender has been invited on Percentage Rate basis, percentages on the Estimated Cost (whether above or below or at par) are to be quoted for the Schedules. 2) Quoted prices should also include all govt. levis, taxes (except Services Tax on Works Contract) duties, Cess, rents, compensation and maintenance charges of environment / ecology, royalty, restoration, any other compensation etc, if any, required to be paid for accomplishment of the project successfully. 3) Quoted price should include all cost components for use and hire charges of miscellaneous items, lubricants, fuel consumables, labour, plants, machineries, equipments, tools and tackles, jigs, fixtures, barricades, etc. 4) Quoted price should include cost of all components whether permanently installed in the works or temporarily utilised or of consumable nature, all labour and all costs involved in acquisition, maintenance and operation of all Equipments, machine, Tools etc with all incidental costs. 5) Quoted price should also include the cost component on account of first fill of lubricants as required for trial, testing and commissioning of the system. 6) The prices quoted by the Contractor will be applicable for the entire period of contract including extensions, if any, granted and nothing extra will be paid. The quoted price will remain firm till completion of the work. 2

S. structural works, in columns, beams, truss etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channels sections conforming to IS:226, IS:808 & SP(6)-1964) connected to one another with brackets, gussets, cleats as per designs or direction of E-I-C complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: & IS:1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS: , haulage, hoisting & erection, rivetted all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charges such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. including provision of Shear key if required for strengthening as per drawing and specification. MT 19 80, ,520, Drilling holes of requisites diameter in R.S. joists channels, tees, plates etc. Extra beyond depth of 10mm. 14 dia. 10 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface on removing corroded worn out portion of structural steel ( existing steel) by sand blasting. On steel work 11 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead. 12 Supply and installation of precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in Ch.) 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT) thick Zink coating 120 gsm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primers on both sides of the sheet & polyster top coat microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scatches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 meter or as desired by Engineer-in Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen & GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins rafters & trusses and including to size and shape wherever required , Kg ,974, Kg ,020, Sq.m ,129,

Gutter (as per required size and depth). 15 RW PIPE: Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- type and fittings conforming to IS: with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor and fixing arrangement with the existing structure etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry mending good damages including joining with jointing materials (Spun, yarn),valamoid/ Bitumen / M-seal etc.) complete. a) UPVC pipes, 160 mm dia RM ,75, b) Bend 87.5 degree,160mm dia Each , c) Shoe 160mm dia Each , ROOF TRANSPARENT SHEET: Supplying, fitting/fixing corrugated fibre glass reinforced perspex sheet 3mm thick on existing wooden or iron frames/purlins with contractors stiching bolts, crank bolts, coach screws, nuts, limpets, G.I and bitumen. 17 WIND TIE BAR: Extra for providing and fixing of wind ties of 40 x 6 mm flat iron section complete with hooks, nuts, washers etc. 18 Survey of existing shed, structural system to confirm existing dimensions, sections and profile of various structural members as per G.A. drawings issued by RITES. On the basis of detail fabrication drawing prepared by contractor, based on G.A. drawing & survey contractor shall start procurement and fabrication to the true size and detail for repair of steel section and roof truss, gusset plate, sheeting etc. 1.5% for steel work excluding cost of concrete work. 6 Sq.m , RM , Total 1,20,20,867.53

Inspection: All the above items including additional items, if any, would be inspected by RITES/QA Division at manufacturer s premises prior to dispatch. 1% of the supply cost of the materials plus Service Tax would be paid by the manufacturer towards inspection fees. On receipt of GR note, IC & Indemnity bond duly notarized on n-judicial Stamp Paper that the materials supplied would be used for sheeting & Retro fitting work of SPP-III (R2 shed) of SRBWIPL at SGW, Kulti, Burdwan, proportionate payment as per payment schedule would be made. 2. In case any item(s) not mentioned in this schedule, but is required to fulfill the specification requirement, bidder should include the same in his quoted price. Bidder should mention those items separately in this schedule; however, no extra cost would be paid for additional items. 3. Site work would be inspected and monitored by RITES Project Division and prepare measurement, record all details and certify for payment. 4. Bidder has to sign each & every page of technical specification & Drawings as an acceptance of specification. 5. STAGE PAYMENT SCHEDULE: For each item referred to above, based on the rate indicated and the number of units arranged, payment will be effected on the following basis. i) On procurement and proof of 65% of accepted unit rate availability at site with IC against indemnity bond duly notarized n- Judicial Stamp Paper that the materials supplied would be used for sheeting & Retro fitting work of SPP-III (R2 shed) of SRBWIPL at SGW, Kulti, Burdwan. ii) On erection/installation 20% of the accepted unit rate iii) On commissioning 10% of the accepted unit rate iv) On handing over 5% of the accepted unit rate 7
