1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FEE/DEPOSIT SCHEDULE City Center Drive Chino Hills, CA (909) U!U!U!.. '13 APPLICATIONS THAT REQUIRE A TRUST DEPOSIT ACCOUNT (TDA) Applications that require a TDA are Actual Cost applications. The actual cost for a project is determined according to the time spent by personnel on that project and the associated personnel benefits, department overhead, and other costs incurred for that project. Applications that require a TDA will need to include a completed TDA Agreement and a TDA application. Initial Deposits for TDAs are determined by the Master Fee Schedule adopted by City Council, attached. If you need additional information, please contact the Community Development Department at or communitydevelopment@chinohi/1s.org. Once the application is assigned to a project manager, an estimated budget will be prepared based on the expected scope of the project including the amount of time to be spent on the project. The deposit of additional funds shall be required if the TDA falls below 25% of the budget remaining to complete project processing. Notification for an additional deposit required will be mailed to the applicant, who shall deposit such additional monies prior to the date specified in the notice. Projects will not be completed with money due. If the additional deposit is not made by the date specified in the notice, the project shall be suspended, without further action on the part of the City.
