The floor cassette is manufactured from pressure treated timber joists, typically reserved for new houses, overlaid with a plywood floor which has a slip resistant and easy clean surface. The wall construction combines structurally graded, kiln dried studwork, plywood liner, breathable waterproof membrane and beautiful exterior timber cladding. This construction enables the user to hang substantial objects on the wall increasing storage provision. (Most other manufactured products have weak wall panels which means only the floor can be used for storage of heavier items.) The roof is formed using metal composite roof tiles guaranteed weatherproof for 20 years.
