4 - Shiprepair and Conversion Annually about 60 vessels of various types undergo repair and conversion on the shipyards slipways. Shipyards offers repairs and conversion-related services such as: Docking, determination (determining of defects) and repair of the hull, the shaft line; All kind of surface cleaning and painting; Repair electrical equipment, ship mechanisms, pipelines and overboard fittings Repair of rudder-propeller installation; Repair of ship machinery and gears; Repair of electric and radio-navigational equipment; Repair of living and service spaces; Repair of main engines, auxiliary and emergency diesel-generators, cooling plants; Survey of FI-FI, life-saving and survival equipment; Modernization and reconstruction of vessel in accordance with Class requirements. All phases of shiprepair works there is a strict quality control, as well as technological and constructive repair accompaniment. 10 - Conversion Projects Conversion of General Cargo Vessel MV «Donmaster Spirit», project Conversion project includes fabrication and installation of additional insert with weigh 255 t into middle part of the hull, fabrication of new hatch covers 45 t (McGregor Type) and hydraulic works, installation of reinforcement plates throughout the length of the vessel, extensive piping and electric works, mechanic works in engine room and installation of remote control valves for Ballast System with integration to current vessel monitoring system. Project of modernization will increase deadweight of the vessel from 4294 tons to 4900 tons, which will significantly improve the technical and economic performance of the vessel. 10

12 - Newbuilding and Hull Building The production program is focused on the building of multipurpose vessels, tankers, offshore vessels, tugs, other type of the vessels as well as hull building and construction of offshore structures. The yards have the production capacity to perform the full cycle of shipbuilding works, from steel cutting and bending to mounting of the propulsion complex, outfitting works and manufacturing of complicated marine systems. Completion of the vessels by turnkey is carried out with the involvement of the local and foreign companies for electrical installation, insulation, accommodation and HVAC works. Tug Building is the one of main activities of. Along with other projects company zero on building of tug boats. For the last years company gained good hand of experience in this type of the vessels. All projects were developed by our own design bureau. Tugs showed good technical characteristics, sea-keeping performance, operational features and earn customer loyalty. 13 Quality of Works and Awards The Shipyard, its structural divisions and technological processes, have been certified by Classification Societies IACS members (International Association of Classification Societies). The Company Quality Management System conforms to ISO 9001:2008 International Standard, which is verified by the Certificate, issued by the "Russian Maritime Register of Shipping" Certification Association as well as by the Register of Shipping of Ukraine. The Shipyard has been awarded by the German Lloyd Approval Certificate to conduct welding works on Metal Hulls and Pipelines and to conduct Hull Structure Thickness Measurements The introduction of the Quality Management System and the periodical Auditing Inspections are the strategic focus of the Company.
