Jhakri :- 1. The due dates of tender are extended as under: a) Last Date & Time for availability/downloading of Bid Documents /04/2017 at 12:00 Hrs. b) Last Date & Time for submission of Bid Documents /04/2017 at 13:00 Hrs. c) The techno-commercial bid opening /04/20/17 at 14:00 Hrs. 2. 2 Sr. Pre Bid Queries Sought on Pre Bid No. Meeting {15/03/2017} 1 Clarify the eave height of main structure hall 2 Please provide schematic diagram to be used for the designing purpose 3 In Electrical works, please specify the Fans and Exhaust Fans to be used in each office space in the Annexe/lean to shed building 4 For Illumination of the building what types of fittings needed to be provided by the vendor/contractor? Is it LED or CFL or normal bulbs 5 Please clarify what material frames shall be used for toughened glass enclosures to be used in partitions? Also is single toughened glass framing is required or double glass toughened with air gap required? 6 Clarify GPSP Term in the doors and Windows 7 What is the length of Pipe Line from Drain to End Point 8 What taxes are going to be deducted from the bills submitted for works completed on site at SJVN?. 9 Please allow Discontinuous Line Method also 10 Give Loads of Solar Panels and Solar Frames to be mounted on the Roof Top? 11 Please clarify Diamond Paper Touch in the plain model term in false ceiling for office area? SJVN Reply ANNEXURE-A Eave Height for Main Hall shall be 12 metres (Necessary changes in TS (Rev.0I)incorporated) General Layout Diagram Uploaded on websites As per tentative BOM Uploaded on websites Energy efficient lighting fixtures to be used, however, the designing / arrangement shall be such that to achieve illumination levels as per relevant standard & type of workplace. Frame Material shall be Pre-coated Aluminium/Stainless Steel. Single Toughened Glass shall be used. GPSP stands for Galvanized Plain Skin Pass This length may be considered as 25 metres (approx.) Already specified in the tender Discontinuous Line Method is also acceptable for PUF insulated panels. (Necessary changes in TS (Rev.0I)incorporated) A roof top PV solar Plant of max. 20 KWp is envisaged. Therefore, design structural loading of approx. 15 kg per square meter can be considered for sun facing roof side. The term Diamond Paper Touch specifies type of False Ceiling tiles having laminated paper on one side. 12 Entry Tax (1) The Entry Tax shall be paid by SJVN directly to the concerned tax authorities, however for bidder quoting from outside of H.P., the Entry tax shall be loaded during the bid evaluation by SJVN as per tender conditions. (2) Entry tax shall not be applicable for bidders quoting with in from Himachal Pradesh. 13 "C" form No "C" form shall be issued by SJVN for this tender. The sales tax/vat is to be quoted accordingly. Note: 1. TS & Scope of work has been revised (Refer Rev.01). 2. Tentative Land development Layout also uploaded on websites.

If yes, the items in our scope and items/works which are not in our scope 4 Can the Pre-Bid Meeting or changes discussed be shared with us which was held on 15 March, What load should we consider as Collateral Load (e.g. only other hanging load to be supported from the steel structure like False Ceiling etc.) 6 Solar Panel installation load & any other additional load to be considered for Solar Power Generation 7 Thickness of Glass for Glazing and its load SJVN Reply ANNEXURE-B Requested details are part of design scope of tender. However, General layout drawings are uploaded on websites Brick walls are envisaged for Lean to building structure up to a height of 3.5 mtrs. Please Refer PAGE 4/8 TS (Rev.0I). Yes, all civil works relating to PEB Building construction are in the Scope of Bidder. Items to be provided by SJVN are given at page 8/8 of TS (Rev.0I). Yes and uploaded on websites (Refer Annexure-A) Collateral load to be considered : Office Area: False Ceiling, Electrical Wiring including cable trays/conduits etc., Light Fixtures & Fans etc., Exhaust Fans on side walls (all above items are in bidder s scope) Workshop Hall: Weight of 60T/40T EOT CRANE (approx. 50 tons) Weight of maximum load to be lifted with EOT crane, including Test Loads Lighting Fixtures including Conduits/Cable Trays, (EI items in bidder s scope) Fire Fighting/ Water Sprinkler System, A roof top PV solar Plant of max. 20 KWp is envisaged. Single Toughened Glass shall be used (min. 6 mm) which is in bidder s scope Frame Material shall be Pre-coated Aluminium/Stainless Steel. 8 Roof Slope Min RCC Slab thickness for Dead Load in Mezzanine 10 Total Mezzanine Area and level of mezzanine to be considered in Lean To area 11 Roof Sheeting for Lean To (or it is flat roof with Mezzanine Dock would be the roof panel) Concreting and Tiles as per requirement have been envisaged, please refer page 7/8 of TS (Rev.0I). However design of slab thickness as per office space requirements is in scope of work. Area of Mezzanine floor is envisaged as approx. 4m x 55m. General Layout drawing uploaded on websites. Roof sheeting for main building as well as lean shall be of same type. Please refer 5/8 of TS (Rev.0I).

4 12 Doors, Windows etc. are in our scope or we have to only provide the Frame to support the same 13 Locations of Door, Windows or any other opening on the wall 14 The wall condition of 3 sides of the main building, 1 common side of Main Building & Lean To and 3 sides of the Lean To Building 15 Staircase shall be Chequered Plate in Lean To area? 16 Where we have to mention the Taxes, Duties etc. In the BOQ, but we could only download the file (Bid Proposal Sheet) 17 Crane Data required viz. Make of Crane, Trolley Weight, Crane Dead Weight, Bridge Weight of Crane, Hoist Height etc. 18 In Section A (General Information) under Technical Specification Annexure-A it is as the height of wall as 11 m from FFL (Main Building) & 6.5 m from FFL (Lean To) whereas in Section D (General Building Specification) it is mentioned as Clear Height (or it is Eave Height) 12 m from FFL (Main Building) & 6.5 m from FFL (Lean To); Please clarify which to follow? 19 Can the drawings be shared like Plan Layout, Cross Section etc. for us to understand the requirement better and submit our most competitive offer 20 Can the Pre-Bid Meeting or changes discussed be shared with us which was held on 15 Mar 2017 All accessories including doors & windows and services required for completeness for building are in the scope of work. Please refer page 6&7/8 of TS (Rev.0I). Shall be as per finalised drawing during design of building. Main Hall : Sheeting on three sides Lean to Part: Brick Wall on all sides (55 Mtrs.) & sheeting on 25 mtrs. No sheeting on internal wall (lean to side) for 25 mtrs. Office area : PUF Panel and glazing envisaged on internal wall Please refer page 4&5/8 of TS (Rev.0I). Yes, as per design The taxes & duties are to be filled in ONLINE DYNAMIC SCHEDULE. The schedules for prices including taxes & duties are created on website as under:- 1. Schedule-1 for lump sum Prices of the Supply of Material Associated with PEB structure (i.e. PART A). 2. Schedule-2 for lump sum prices of Civil Work associated with PEB Structure and E.I. Works (i.e. PART B). 3. Schedule-3 for lump sum prices of Erection, Testing and commissioning charges of PEB Structure (i.e. PART C). The above schedules can be viewed after registration on e-tendering portal. Required information provided at point 5 above. Please also refer page 1&3/8 of TS (Rev.0I). Height (Eave Height) of Main Hall is to be considered as 12 metres General Layout Drawings are uploaded on websites. Yes and same is uploaded on websites {Refer Annexure-A}.
