2 Oilfield engineering services and other related geological consulting services, has grew from the increased need both Internationally and Marcellus Shale Development. PROCESSING EXPERIENCE Process Plants Corporation (PPC) personnel have a long history of organic chemical activity extending over a period of 35 years. This activity developed from a background in both the hydrometallurgical and inorganic processing industries. We have the capability to develop processes, analyze pilot plant data, and upgrade existing designs to establish designs to establish the economic viability of a project. Our engineering know-how includes plant proven experience in such vital areas of inorganic chemical processing as: Grinding Crystallization, Thickening and Clarification, Filtration and Centrifugation Roasting, Drying and Calcining, Distillation, Screening Classifying Leaching and Dissolution, Evaporation & Solvent Extraction and Ion Exchange Slurry and Solids Material Handling, Waste Water Treatment, Discharge Air Treatment Process Control REFINING/ PPC assists chemical, metallurgical and industrial plant owners in solving their operational and environmental problems and in planning and executing their capital projects. We have functional expertise in plant testing and problem evaluation, process planning, preliminary engineering and cost estimating, process licensing and project management. Specific refining and petrochemical process experience follows: Operating experience on a MEK/Toluene Lube Oil Solvent Dewaxing Unit for a major refiner. Process design studies to modify an existing MEK Dewaxing Unit to primarily deoiling applications for a wax-processing refinery.

3 PPC S engineering is well known for its design, engineering and project management skills. Integrated with these disciplines on every PPC job are experienced and knowledgeable construction-minded personnel who add exceptional value and cost effectiveness. Core Fixing and Handling, Core Refitting Core Labeling/Depth Matching Core Slabbing Core Spectral Gamma Plug to Core Depth Calibration Re-boxing the Core Digital Core Photography White Light (WL) Digital Core Photography Ultraviolet (UV) Light Core Slabbing The role of core analysis in reservoir description and evaluation. Effective internal communication combined with effective communication with the laboratory is required to ensure that the optimum analytical programme is designed and executed. The evaluation of data from many sources seismic, logs, geological models, reservoir models, well tests and core will be necessary to determine if any new field will be economically viable. One must ensure that data obtained will add value by reducing uncertainty and risk and assist in maximizing economic recovery. All too often, the acquisition of core data is considered an expensive luxury and is often the first data set to be dropped. Acquiring core data is perceived to be highly expensive based not on the analytical costs, but on the rig-time involved in cutting and retrieving the cores. The core provides the only opportunity to physically view the reservoir material and also provides data to help assess the economical viability of the reservoir. The data acquired from the description and analysis of the core provides valuable input to the geological, petrophysical and engineering models of the reservoir. The key to adding value from any core analysis study is to ensure that the objectives for cutting the core are fully understood and prioritized. The objectives and priorities may differ among the geologist, the petrophysicist and the reservoir engineer. Therefore, solutions very often require compromise.

4 There are many objectives for any coring operation: (see chart pg 3) Oilfield engineering services and other related geological consulting services, including but not limited to: Sedimentology study (core description including analysis, and diagenesis study). Petroleum and reservoir geology (analysis including layering, cross section and well correlation, porosity and permeability relationship and reservoir rock typing) Structural geology along with Petrophysical studies and other related geological consulting services or general services. 5 Applicable Experience in Hydrocarbon Processing Process Plants Corporation is performing major expansion and upgrade projects. Depending on the project, a full complement of engineering disciplines are being used; process, instruments, piping layout, electrical, civil structural, and construction management. After these projects have been engineered, they are competitively bid for material and installation, and then the construction is managed by our field personnel. We have functional expertise in plant testing and problem evaluation, process planning, preliminary engineering and cost estimating, process licensing and project management. Specific technical, analysis and process service experience. (continued pg.2 ) Crude and Vacuum Unit Design. Detailed design of Filter House modifications for a wax processing refinery. Detailed design for tank farm and other offsites, including new pipe rack and loading rack for a wax refinery. Process studies for naphtha splitting to achieve optimum balance between reforming and isomerization for octane, maximum benzene reduction, overall capacity, etc. Process design to revamp an existing reformer to operate at low pressure to improve gasoline and hydrogen yield and minimize C1-C4 yield. Extensive distillation experience; proficient in the use of HYSIM. PPC provides all of the Multi-Discipline Engineering Services necessary to produce high quality end products for our clients worldwide. From preliminary cost studies, material flow simulations, design engineering, to construction assistance, all aspects are carried out with our client's individual needs in mind. By combining our experienced, quality professionals with the latest technology, PPC is able to provide superior service in many areas of Multi-Discipline Engineering Services.
