The As-Built Survey shall be prepared by or under the direct supervision of a Registered Land Surveyor and certified by the same. No Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued until the City has received and reviewed the survey to determine there are no violations of the City code requirements. *The As-Built Survey shall reflect sidewalks, parking, buildings and other structures on the property.* 2.
