2 Renovate Building 1600 FY18 activities comprised solely of design efforts with anticipation that 65% design will be complete by late September. Continuation of design efforts leading up to anticipated Ready to Advertise date in April or May Advertisement may occur in FY19 but more likely to occur in early FY20. Feasibility Design and construction of 100% renovation of Air Mobility Command (AMC) headquarters at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The 3 story building is comprised of approximately 314,000 SF. 3 Visiting Quarters efforts were completed Oct The VQ is now open and accepting visitor reservations. A Ribbon cutting was held on 18 Jan 18. of a new Visiting Quarters (VQ) facility at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The VQ construction consists of a reinforced concrete floor slab, structural steel frame, brick masonry fascia, and sloped standing seam metal roof. The facility has handicap accessible and complies with base architectural standards. All utilities and utility tie-ins to base infrastructure, mechanical equipment room, HVAC systems, fire protection and suppression, pre-wired workstations in administrative areas, pavements, road work, site improvements, and landscaping were included to provide a complete and usable facility. This project complies with DoD antiterrorism/force protection requirements. Estimated Federal Cost $55,272,000 FY15 Non Appropriated Funds, Air Force

4 Add/Alt Consolidated Comm Facility FY17 Military, Air Force Project is in active design phase. Ready to Advertise (RTA) expected late September. Advertisement and award of construction contract. Estimated Federal Cost $41,000,000 Design The project consists of 23,702 SF addition and alteration of exiting 50,956 SF to the Consolidated Communications Facility, Building 1575, at Scott Air Force Base, IL. The project construction will include exterior brick veneer, steel trusses, and sloped standing seam metal roof. The interior work will include raised flooring, redundant electrical and communications systems, communications rooms, storage, emergency backup generators, uninterruptable power, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, and systems furniture in mission integration space. Structural upgrades will be accomplished to meet seismic requirements. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by a self-contained system. Supporting facilities include site development and utility work. Facility will be designed as permanent construction in accordance with General Building Requirements and High Performance and Sustainable Building Requirements as well as DoD antiterrorism/force protection requirements.

5 As of 2/16/2018 7:44 AM Locks and Dam 52 and 53 Replacement Project (Olmsted Locks and Dam), IL and KY Tainter Gate 5 installed The project is located in Olmsted, IL near Ohio River Mile The project consists of two 110 x1200 locks adjacent to the Illinois bank, and a dam comprised of five tainter gates, 1400 of boat-operated wickets and a fixed weir. The proposed replacement structure will eliminate Ohio River Locks and Dams 52 & 53. Locks & Dams 52 & 53 were completed in 1929 and the temporary 1,200 long lock chambers were added in 1969 at Locks & Dam 52 and 1979 at Locks and Dam 53. The Olmsted Locks & Dam project was authorized by Section 3(a)(6) of the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of The authorized project cost was increased on 17 October 2013 as part of a Continuing Appropriations Act, 2014 to $2,918,000,000. The project was funded 50%/50% from the General Treasury and the Inland Waterways Trust Fund (IWTF) through FY2013. The FY2014 Omnibus Appropriation Act changed the split of the IWTF and General Treasury funds to 25%/75% for FY2014 only.
