Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, NM The following items shall be modified to the Contract Documents: 1. SHEET C-02 SITE AND GRADING PLAN Replace the sheet in its entirety with the revised version attached to this addendum. 2. SHEET M-03 WELL 19 MECHANICAL SECTIONS Replace the sheet in its entirety with the revised version attached to this addendum. 3. SHEET A-02 WELL 19 ARCHITECTURAL SECTION Replace the sheet in its entirety with the revised version attached to this addendum. 4. SHEET E-04 WELL 19 ELECTRICAL FLOOR PLAN Replace the sheet in its entirety with the revised version (E-04-R1) attached to this addendum. 5. SHEET E-08 WELL 19 POWER ONE LINE DIAGRAM Replace the sheet in its entirety with the revised version (E-08-R1) attached to this addendum. 6. 3 Addendum No. 1 Contractor Question and Answer Summary Question 1: The RFP states that the contractor will need to contain and dispose of drill cuttings, fluids, water, and development water, it also states that it can deposited near the site: Can you clarify this and if we can dispose of at the site how far will we need to pump the fluids and development water? Response 1: As described in Part 3.20.A of Section 02676, Contractor shall be capable of discharging water to a point approximately 300 feet from the well. Question 2: Is there an Engineers estimate for the well drilling, well installation, and well abandonment? Response 2: Engineer s estimate for Bid Items 1-10 is $1,200,000. Engineer s estimate for Bid Items 2 and 7 is $403,000. Question 3: How far is the potable water supply from the site? Response 3: Refer to Part 1.07 of Section for availability of water for construction and testing purposes. Refer to Sheet No. C-01 for location of nearby facilities. As shown on Sheet No. C-02, the 10 well collector line, buried 10 gate valve and 10 Megalug plug located in the existing 20 water line and access easement has already been constructed. Question 4: Who is responsible for the site access and site prep, i.e. pad building? Response 4: Refer to Bid Item No. 6 Site Work, Fencing, and Grading for Well 19. The Contractor is responsible for all site preparation to the limits of work shown on the drawings. Question 5: Where is the requirement for the supply and installation of the pump and motor on the bid form? Response 5: Refer to Bid Item No. 4 of the Bid Form for pump and column pipe.
