Also, the Contractor will indicate that the schedule customer may call for availability and rates for overnight and 2-day delivery. 11d. URGENT DELIVERY: The Contractor will note in its price list the "Urgent Requirements" clause of its contract and advise agencies that they can also contract the Contractor's representative to effect a faster delivery. 12. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INSTALLATION (IF APPLICABLE): See schedule for complete description of ordering terms applicable to SIN Customers should contact Yellowknife Building Systems, Inc. for Installation Instructions. For orders under Special Item Number (SIN) , Installation and Site Preparation, customers are responsible for defining the scope of work required for installation and complying with the appropriate construction contract clauses and Davis-Bacon regulations. These services are un-priced under the contract. Ordering agencies shall negotiate installation/site-prep services on a project-by-project basis, which shall be priced as separate line items. The following services have been accepted under the contract for this SIN: Erection of the metal building normally to include: Field labor, tools and equipment to unload the metal building at the site and shake out the material, review the delivery documents, take digital photos and generally review the material. The owner reviews the material for damage and/or shortages. Upon completion of unloading, immediately commence erection the metal building primary (frames, rafters) and secondary structure (girts, purlins)

4 Page 1 F Erection of the metal building (continued) Take delivery of the Metal Building Insulation supplied and delivered by others, (unless included in conjunction with ) Install the wall and roof Metal Building insulation simultaneously with the wall and roof sheeting. Install all the accessories and trim included in the Metal Building System package supplied by the Metal Building Manufacturer. Remove all trash to a roll-off type dumpster. (dumpster provided by owner unless included in scope of work) Remove any temporary bracing guys or rods. Comply with all OSHA regulations during the erection process. Site Preparation may include demolition of any existing structure. Normally will include: Grubbing and removal of vegetation. Pad preparation by removing unsuitable soil to expose suitable bearing material. Build-up of pad to underside of ABC (aggregate base course) with suitable compacted soil material. Concrete foundation work including footers/drilled piers, founded on design fill or native soil of acceptable bearing capacity. Reinforcing steel bars in foundation footers, turn downs, thickenings and other structural bearings. ABC (aggregate base course) 4inch to 6inch under concrete slabs compacted. Concrete floors (reinforced) placed monolithically with footers and turn downs or subsequently depending upon design. Place anchor bolts per Manufacturers anchor bolt details. All work to comply with engineered documents and scope of work. All Davis Bacon wage regulations including certified payroll compliance. All subcontractors to be licensed. All codes, laws, regulations, ordinances, are the responsibility of the Prime Contractor. Acceptance of all responsibility and liability for all work performed by subcontractors. All warranties, guarantees and liquidated damages are the responsibility of this Prime Contractor. 20a. These services are un-priced under the contract. Ordering Agencies will negotiate services on a project-by-project basis, which shall be priced as separate line items. This SIN EXCLUDES Construction and Architect-Engineer (A/E) Services as defined by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36. The following services have been accepted under the contract for this SIN: Training in the field for the purpose of familiarizing the erection contractor with the processes unique to the project. (Most erection contractors would not need this as the drawings and documents provided direct the "experienced erector". It would not be advisable for the buyer to hire an erector who was not experienced with metal buildings.)

5 Page 1 G Engineered drawings for foundation substructure/slab work. Our appointed engineer licensed in the state where the work will be installed will interpret the Metal Building Manufacturers calculations, review the owner's soils report, and design and seal the foundation work to ensure compliance with local codes, authorities, and scope of work. Architectural drawings can be provided should the buyer not have an architect, and the local authority or project scope requires an architect seal for compliance to building codes and scope of work. Consultants can be made available to provide direction to the owner for mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems to meet the needs and scope of the buyer. Design-Build services for full turn-key or partial turn-key services are available which will include all the professional consulting services required by the work scope. Value Engineering services to assist the buyer in getting best value when purchasing metal buildings, related products and services. 21 LIST OF SERVICE AND DISTRIBUTION POINTS (IF APPLICABLE):. 22.
