2 The Cabina is the latest addition to Garden Hideouts family of outdoor rooms. It s designed to bring a new level of affordability and flexibility to the range, whilst still retaining high standards of build-quality, materials and design. Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are used for the walls, floor and ceilings, providing a perfect balance of quality, ease of construction and cost effectiveness.

3 The benefits of Structural Insulated Panels Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are a high-performance building system ideal for garden rooms like The Cabina. The panels consist of an insulating foam core sandwiched between two structural facings. The result is a building that is extremely strong and energy efficient. With the right external cladding and interior finishing, it also looks aesthetically pleasing. A further advantage is the ease of construction which allows the option of self-build for those with the skills available Four easy purchase options There are four distinct ways to buy and construct The Cabina, depending on your budget. Each option includes different components but common to all is the SIP Kit. The Structural Integrated Panels are at the heart of The Cabina, whether you build it yourself or choose to have Garden Hideouts professionals construct part or all of the finished garden room. The SIP Kit The pre-cut SIP Kit is the reason The Cabina can be built so efficiently and affordably. It includes everything required to construct the garden room shell. All panels are batch marked and coded for assembly. The Kit also comes with clear construction drawings for assembly. 122mm panels with insulating foam sandwiched between two Oriented Strand Board (OSB) sheets for rigidity and strength. The SIPs provide superb insulation with a thermal efficiency U-value of 0.27w/m2, ensuring financial saving on fuel and a comfortable environment all year round. Joining splines connect the main panels and create a constant insulation run, minimising cold bridging. The floor is also made up of SIPs, providing highly efficient insulation and a secure, solid base from which to construct the rest of the room. The Kit includes all appropriate fixings, including standard screws, anchor screws and low expanding adhesive for the joining splines. To complete the structure, a breathable membrane is included to keep moisture out. The kit contains the battens essential for holding the membrane itself (though more battens may be needed depending on the type of cladding chosen). For those who purchase the SIPs Kit for self-build, it enables clear and straightforward construction. Or for those who prefer to leave the build to Garden Hideouts, the on-site disruption using SIPs is minimal. More choice, more flexibility The Cabina comes in a wide range of sizes, each one available with different build options, to ensure you can find the configuration that matches your needs and budget precisely.

4 A. Self-Build Cabina From 4,295 This option consists simply of the SIP Kit with full instructions and all the panels required to build the garden room shell. Designed for the DIYer with the resources and skills to complete the additional elements of the building, this is an ideal way to save money yet achieve a highly strong, durable and aesthetically pleasing structure. Includes: SIP Kit consisting of 4 sides and roof, screws and fixings, roof membrane and instruction manual. External and internal cladding available upon request. B. Basic-Built Cabina From 8,750 An opportunity to have the SIPs Kit and other basic elements professionally installed and erected on ground screw foundations by Garden Hideouts at the site of your choosing, All the required materials, consumables and labour are included in the price. Includes: SIP Kit consisting of 4 sides and roof. Single ply Firestone rubber (EPDM) roofing system. Galvanised Ground Screw foundations, 865 or 1200mm depth depending on ground conditions. Delivery and professional construction at your site. Instruction manual External and internal cladding available upon request.

Self-Finished Cabina From 11,950 In this option The Cabina is erected by Garden Hideouts to provide a weatherproof, lockable building, including essentials such as glazed bi-fold doors, window and guttering. Also included is a kit for lighting, electrics and heating for you to install after the build has been completed. Includes: SIP Kit consisting of 4 sides and roof. Single ply Firestone rubber (EPDM) roofing system. Galvanised Ground Screw foundations, 865 or 1200mm depth depending on ground conditions. Rainwater Guttering of black plastic, including all fastenings. Aluminium Sliding Folding doors (3m Bi-fold), with multi-point locking, glazing options and maximum heat retention. Double glazed 1m x 2m window with thermal efficient aluminium frame. Delivery and professional construction at your site. External and internal cladding available upon request. Lighting, Heating & Socket Kit Heating Pack, including a panel radiator optimised for room size. Electrical Pack, including 4 x double brushed chrome sockets, 1 x brushed chrome 2 gang light switch, twin and earth cable, either 4 or 6 spot lights, 2 x up/down lights, 1 x consumer unit.

6 D. The Complete Cabina From 16,950 If you d like Garden Hideouts to take over the complete construction and finishing of The Cabina, this is the perfect option. Everything is covered from the installation of heating and electrics to walls that are professionally plastered and painted. All you need to supply is the furniture of your choice. Includes: SIP Kit consisting of 4 sides and roof. Single ply Firestone rubber (EPDM) roofing system. Galvanised Ground Screw foundations, 865 or 1200mm depth depending on ground conditions. Faced on 3 sides with feather-edged Cedar cladding for attractive natural appearance and high durability. Rear-faced with powder-coated steel plate Rainwater Guttering of black plastic, including all fastenings. Aluminium Sliding Folding doors (normally bi-fold except for the 3m room which has a simple sliding door). All doors include multi-point locking, glazing options and maximum heat retention. Double glazed 1m x 2m window with thermally efficient aluminium frame.
