We have executed high profile projects at the major airports throughout the US and Internationally. The following projects represent a sampling of our accomplishments in this venue. Working closely with the various Departments of Aviation, Airport Properties, Concessions Management Companies and Building Departments on behalf of the retail concessionaire ARC is able to maximize and coordinate the design to both the operation(s) and business plan. Through proper analysis ARC helps determine the requirements of the Capital Improvement in line with the requirements of the lease and the Authorities and provides a seamless full service Architectural and Engineering documentation, approval, project management and construction administration effort which seeks to address the budget perimeters of the project. Whether helping plan and producing the Architectural and Engineering portion of the winning Request For Proposal (RFP) for a concession(s) or providing a full Architectural / Engineering service from concept to signoff ARC will successfully help establish the retail concessionaire as a valued operator in any airport venue. 2 DTR DFASS Travel Retail Duty Free Shops Terminal D Spaces NV102, NV201, SV104, SV201, SV108 Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport Architectural Design and Engineering Construction Management Project Cost : $ 1,200,000 Project Completion : 1/2006 Buckaroo Duty Free - Duty Free Shop SV-201 Project responsibilities included the development of the Project Concept Design Development Drawings utilized in the competitive proposal for winning the Tax & Duty Free Concessions portions of the airport development program. ARC provided turnkey Architecture and Engineering for the project works including interior design, fixture design and fabrication, Department of Aviation, Accessibility Design Compliance, and Energy Design Compliance. The scope of work included the turn-key project Architectural Design and Engineering, Program Management and Construction supervision for implementation of the new Duty Free Shops at the new International Terminal D at Dallas / For Worth International Airport. ARC was commissioned to develop four branded Buckaroo Duty Free Concepts for the International Concourse. The North Concourse North village NV102-1,909sf NV201-2,827sf The South Concourse South Village SV104-2,457sf SV201 3,755sf The Buckaroo Duty Free Shops interior design consisted of imaginative presentation of merchandise through the use of transparent shop fixturing systems allowing passengers to view the interior of the shop through glass walls and open glass shelving. Buckaroo Duty Free included the development of a transparency program that accomplished merchandise advertising and with the use of eye-catching graphics displays enticing customers to visit the store. Innovative use of track, down-lighting, and ceiling construction provide for an efficient well-lit store interior. Specialty design boutique fixtures, and circular column fixtures create focal points for the various product types merchandised by Buckaroo Duty Free. The work was performed under a demanding construction schedule and started operations 1/2006. Page 2 of 9

Duty Free Shop C5B, C1E, L3B Passenger Terminal A West Philadelphia International Airport, PA Architectural Design and Engineering Construction Management Project Cost : $ 1,200,000 Project Completion : 1/2004 International Shoppes Inc. - Duty Free Shop C5B Project responsibilities included the development of the Branded Concept Presentation, Schematic Design, Architectural Program, Construction Documents for review and approvals by all parties inclusive of the Department of Aviation, the Town of Tinicum, Marketplace/Redwood Concessions Management, the base building Architects, the client International Shoppes Inc.. The scope of work included the turn-key project Architectural Design and Engineering, Program Management and Construction Supervision for implementation of the new Duty Free Shop at the new International Terminal A-West at Philadelphia International Airport. The new 3,100sf shop is the third branded International Shoppes Inc. Duty Free Shop for the International Concourse and represents an innovative open space ceiling design with customs security approvals. Track and down lighting provide a brilliant store interior. Circular column fixtures and advertising displays create nodes of product types, liquor, cosmetics, gourmet foods and candies. Attractive and magnetic advertising draw the International Shoppes Inc. Interior Duty Free Shop customers into some of the latest developments in store interior design. The storefront construction was developed with the intent of fitting into the existing terminal design and construction parameters. The work was accomplished under a demanding construction schedule and started operations in January The space had originally been designed as a passenger holding area. The shop design had to incorporate 40ft high ceilings, an existing structural steel sculpture and walls of glass. Page 3 of 9

Duty Free Shop C1E Passenger Terminal A West Philadelphia International Airport, PA Architectural Design and Engineering Construction Management Project Cost : $ 360,000 Project Completion : 7/2003 International Shoppes Inc. - Duty Free Shop C1E Project responsibilities included the development of the Branded Concept Presentation, Schematic Design, Architectural Program, Construction Documents for review and approvals by all parties inclusive of the Department of Aviation, the Town of Tinicum, Marketplace/Redwood Concessions Management, the base building Architects, the client International Shoppes Inc.. The scope of work included the turn-key project Architectural Design and Engineering, Program Management and Construction Supervision for implementation of the new Duty Free Shop at the new International Terminal A-West at Philadelphia International Airport. The new 600sf shop is the first branded International Shoppes Inc. Duty Free Shop for the International Concourse and represents some of the latest developments in store interior design, lighting, display advertising, and storefront construction. The work was accomplished under a demanding construction schedule and started operations in July The Duty Free Shop was one of the shops in International Shoppes Inc. - Duty Free Shop - the concourse that came online at the terminal grand opening. Concourse C-3 - Duty Free Shop Passenger Terminal C Newark International Airport, NJ Architectural Design and Engineering Construction Management Project Cost : $ 1,100,000 Project Completion: 12/2001 Weitnauer America - Duty Free Shop Project responsibilities included the development of the Phasing Plan, Schematic Design, Architectural Program and Design Concepts for review and approvals by all parties inclusive of Continental Airlines, Westfield Corporation Inc. Concessions Management, the base building Architects, the client Weitnauer America and the PANYNJ. The scope of work included the project Architectural Design and Engineering, Program Management and Construction Supervision for implementation of the new Duty Free Shop at the new Concourse C-3 at Terminal C at Newark International Airport. The new 3,250sf shop is the flagship Weitnauer America Inc. Duty Free Shop for the Continental Airlines Concourse and represents the latest developments in store interior design, lighting, display advertising, flatlight lighting. The work was accomplished on a fast track construction schedule and came online opening December 10, The Duty Free Shop was one of three shops in the concourse that came online at Weitnauer America - Duty Free Shop - Interior terminal start of operations. ARC developed software enabling fast and multiple evaluations of different planning scenarios. The planning involved analysis of the relationships of projected passenger flow to overall building areas and retail, food and duty free allocated areas. This allowed the Aviation Authority to determine the best plans for development and construction. The scope of work included budgetary Economic Analysis analysis, numerical passenger flow and revenue analysis with their relationship to facility construction costs. 7 BAA British Airways Duty Free Shop British Airways Terminal JFK International Airport, NY Architectural Design and Engineering Project Cost : $ 2,400,000 Project Completion : 03/2000 British Airways - Duty Free Shop Project responsibilities included the development of the Phasing Plan, Schematic Design, Architectural Program and Design Concepts for review and approvals by all parties inclusive of British Airways, the base building Architects, the client BAA and the PANYNJ. The scope of work included the project Architectural Design and Engineering, Program Management and Construction Supervision for implementation of the new Duty Free Shop at the renovated British Airways Terminal at JFK International Airport. This required integrating the new store into the existing and new construction in the complex design scheme maintaining the existing airport operations and meeting the base building contractors construction requirements. The new 6,500sf shop is the flagship Duty Free Shop for British Airways and represents the latest developments in store layout design; computerized display advertising, cold cathode lighting and HVAC control systems. The work was accomplished on a fast track construction schedule and came online as planned opening March 1, The actual time of construction was 3 months from the date of permitting. 8 Airport Specialty Retail Concessions: American Airlines Terminal The Fossil Shop JFK International Airport, NY Turnkey Architecture and Engineering Project Construction Cost : $ 230,000 The Fossil Shop - American Airlines Terminal The design approach was an early 1950 s fueling station concept expressing the Fossil image and capturing an early Americana design theme combined with modern day fast paced shopping for travel related accessories. The store is accented with a rotating illuminated Fossil store sign attracting customers to the radial floor plan and central point-of-sale fixture work that allows free movement for shoppers approaching from all directions. The perimeter of the shop is accented with an open metal aluminum truss that provides general illumination over merchandising displays and contrasts the interior and exterior finish materials. The finish work includes American Cherry Veneer, Buffed Natural Aluminum trim and Oak Vinyl Wood plank flooring. The lighting is developed further with the provision of low-voltage overhead suspended cable HID halogen high tech lamps providing internal accent lighting for perimeter casework and the frequently changing specialty displays. Project responsibilities included the development of the Architectural Program and Design Concepts for review and approvals by all parties inclusive of American Airlines, the base building Architects, the client and the PANYNJ. The scope of work included the project Architecture and Engineering, Program Management and Construction Supervision for turnkey implementation of the American Airlines - Fossil Truss Structural Plan new Specialty Retail Fossil Shop in the American Airlines Terminal at JFK International Airport.
