COMBO Roof System A: DESCRIPTION The Roofing System is Based Upon The Use of a Base Layer of Polyurethane Spray in-situ Foam, With a Density of Kg / M3 and a Thickness of (30-35) or *(60-65) mm, Which Will Produce Rigid Foam with Closed Cells, Used as Thermal Insulation, Applied Directly Over The Structural Concrete Roof Slab Laid to Falls. The Spray Applied Polyurethane Foam, Shall Be Topped By Two Coats of (Two Component) Acrylic Modified, Flexible, Cementitious Coating, When Cures it Provides a Hard Wearing Seamless Waterproof Membrane. Two Components Shall Be Protected By A Single Layer of Polypropylene Geotextile Fibre Mat 135 gm/m2, Prior to The Application of a Sand/Cement Protection Screed, with 50 mm Minimum Thickness and mm Average Thickness. The Protection Screed Shall Be Once More Topped By Two Coats Two Component (Light Grey) Two Component Acrylic, Modified Cementitious, Flexible Waterproofing Coating, as a Final Protective Surface. -3 -

Two coats of light grey, two-component, acrylic modified Cementitious, flexible waterproofing coating 7 Polysulphide Sealant in all expansion joints.
