3 3.1 Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge mm thick fully Perforated Gypsum Board tile made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 part I, of size 595x595 mm, having perforation of 9.7x9.7 mm at 19.4 mm c/c with center borders of 48 mm and the side borders of 30 mm, backed with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC ( Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.79, with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backing sqm 4 FINISHING mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) sqm 4.2 Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer sqm 4.3 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work sqm 4.4 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete sqm 5 REPAIRS TO BUILDINGS Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever 5.2 necessary: Float glass panes of thickness 5.5 mm 2.00 sqm

4 6 DISMANTLING & DEMOLISHING Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of 6.1 unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar 2.73 cum 7 ALUMINIUM WORK Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium 7.1 sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. It may increase or decrease. 2. Work must be executed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. 3. The contractors shall inspect the site of work before quotation and acquaint himself with the site conditions. A contractor shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the site whether he inspects it or not and no extra charge consequent on any misunderstanding or otherwise shall be allowed. 4. All the material to be arranged by the contractor s.

5 5. Earnest money of Rs.25,000/- to be deposited along with the quotation in a separate envelope. (refundable). 6. The contractor whose quotation is accepted will be required to furnish performance guarantee of 5% (Five percent) of the quoted amount within one week. 7. This guarantee shall be in the form of Banker s cheque of any schedule bank/demand Draft of any scheduled bank. 8. In case the contractor fails to deposit the said performance guarantee within the period the Earnest Money deposited by the contractor shall be forfeited automatically without any notice to the contractor. 9. The Contractor whose quotation is accepted will also be required to furnish either copy of applicable licenses registration or proof of applying for obtaining labour licenses registration with EPFO/ESIC/BOCW welfare board and programme chart (Time and progress) with the period. 10. The competent authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other bid and reserves to itself the authority to reject any or all the bids received without the assignment of any reason. All bids in which any of the prescribed condition is not fulfilled or any condition including that of conditional rebate is put forth by the bidders shall be summarily rejected. 11. Canvassing whether directly or indirectly, in connection with bidders is strictly prohibited and the bids submitted by the contractors who resort to canvassing will be liable for rejection % per week and a maximum of 10% will be deducted from the invoice in case of delay in work. 7 TO BE SUBITTED ALONG WITH QUOTATION ANNEXURE-1-B UNDERTAKING WE HEREBY UNDERTAKE THE FOLLOWING: 1. That the goods on which GST has been charged are not exempted for payment of GST under G.S.T. Act or the rules made there under and the amount mentioned on account of GST on good is not more than what is payable under the provisions of the relevant Act or Rules made there under. 2. That the goods / Stores / articles / work offered shall be of the best quality and workmanship and their supply will be strictly in accordance with the technical specifications and particulars as detailed in the quotation. 3. That the information furnished by us in the quotation is true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief. 4.
