2 Clydesdale high quality equestrian buildings are designed to combine comfortable, safe and secure stabling that will be long-lasting and require minimum maintenance. T R A D I T I O N A L D E S I G N, R O B U S T P E R F O R M A N C E U N I Q U E S E V E N Y E A R W A R R A N T Y Our buildings are extremely durable and weatherproof. We manufacture using traditional vertical cladding, a construction that is attractive, very strong and provides excellent resistance to driving rain. The cladding is 1 thick V-jointed Redwood (nominal size) with a deep T&G interlocking profile. This joinery-grade timber is pressuretreated with preservative (Protim) and given a secondary coat of Cuprinol to provide an attractive finish. The quality of Clydesdale buildings is underlined by our unique 7-year warranty, unmatched by any other stable manufacturer and your reassurance of total satisfaction. V E N T I L A T I O N - T H E K E Y T O A C O M F O R T A B L E S T A B L E Fresh air and good ventilation are the foremost requirements for a healthy stable environment. Our designs, developed with specialist consultants, ensure optimum, draught-free movement of air. The framing is 3 x 2 Redwood, a planed timber with the edges eased to minimise the risk of splinters. All fittings are a heavy duty grade and fully galvanised. It is this high specification of materials and attention to detail that makes Clydesdale stables the benchmark for quality and design. S E R V I C E A N D S U P P O R T Our customer service team can offer design advice, planning assistance or arrange local site visits to view Clydesdale stables and speak to owners. All buildings are erected on site by our own team of joiners, or can be offered on a delivered only basis. We supply and erect to most parts of the UK, Eire and mainland Europe.

5 Clydesdale stables can be designed in just about any configuration, incorporating stores, garages, field shelters and tack rooms to suit owner s individual requirements. And being fully sectional, they can be easily added to or extended in the future. The standard roof material used on both the Jutland and Brabant ranges is low-maintenance black Onduline, also available in a choice of rural colours. Pantiles create a particularly attractive roof, and our classic designs have the option of trussed raftered construction for such applications. Different coloured timber finishes can be chosen, roof heights and pitches, door widths, internal dimensions, window styles, overhangs as well as many ventilation options. The traditional vertical cladding is a classic design that blends well with the environment and is both attractive and functional. 9 For the larger yard, American Barns are an increasingly popular alternative to individual stables, offering the convenience of sheltered accommodation and storage and made to the same exacting standards as all our other sectional buildings. These large span buildings have substantial trusses and framing and can be fitted out with any combination of stables, feed stores and tack rooms. They are delivered and erected to most parts of the UK, Eire or mainland Europe by our own team of joiners. We also manufacture and supply stalls and doors for the internal refurbishment of existing barns and buildings. 11 In addition to stables and American Barns, Clydesdale manufacture a wide range of sectional timber buildings including garages, workshops, stores and garden buildings. All buildings are made from the same pressuretreated 1 thick (nominal size) Redwood cladding as our equestrian buildings, with substantial frames and trusses. Security features can be included to help prevent forced access, and buildings can be insulated, lined or floored to suit specific applications. Sectional buildings can be supplied on a delivered only basis, or installed nationwide by our own team of joiners.
