2 DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT 2018 ROADWAY EROSION CONTROL Scope of this Addendum ADDENDUM NUMBER TWO Addendum Number Two includes modifications to the following Contract Documents issued June 27, These modifications are deemed necessary by the City and County of Denver. PART ONE, VOL. 1 - CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Contract documents are amended as follows: Page 31 - Schedule of Prices and Quantities The Schedule of Prices and Quantities form is amended as follows: Phase 1 (Base Bid) o Delete item inch End Section (3 each) o Revise item Cutoff Wall (5 each) will now be (3 each) o Add item Concrete Headwall (Triple 48-inch RCP) o Revise item Riprap (12 inch) to Grouted Riprap (12 inch) PART TWO, VOL. 2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS None. PART TWO, VOL. 3 DRAWINGS Plan Sheet 41 is amended to add and clarify payment of item Concrete Headwall. Plan Sheet 44 is amended to clarify payment of item to include both trickle channel and flume. Plan Sheet 45 is amended to amended to clarify topsoil depth and match plan view sheets.
