2 COMPANY PROFILE About Company Introduction ITL Stainless and Steel Services is a South African company based in Gauteng, We are an architectural steel company, fabricating & installing both mild and stainless steel products. We specialize in structural steel, balustrades, staircases, spiral staircases, bollards, protective barriers, sliding gates, swing gates & all forms of sundry steel work. We have resources and skills to operate throughout southern Africa and In the previous years since its founding ITL has completed projects in Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal the Free State and Limpopo, as well as in Mozambique, Angola and Zimbabwe. Products & Services ITL Stainless and steel services is capable of providing its clients with the following services: STRUCTURAL STEEL DETAILING Production of fabrication and erection drawings as well as 3D models. 3D modelling allows us to view the structure as it would be constructed and therefore, any clashes or issues can be picked up prior to fabrication. STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION Our 4000m 2 workshop houses state of the art cutting and fabrication equipment, which when combined with our skills and experience, close attention to detail, and in house quality management system, we are capable of attaining the high accuracy and strict standards which are required in the steel industry. ERECTION With our own fleet of trucks, vehicles and various mobile cranes, we are able to ensure material is delivered on site, on time, every time. Our qualified project managers track project progress closely and liaise with all other stake holders to ensure all project deadlines are met. Our erection teams are subject to strict health and safety and quality control inspections in order to ensure work is carried out safely and to standard. STEEL ENGINEERING processing facilities. These include Laser cutting, Plasma cutting, Cnc Punching, Drilling and cutting of steel beam sections to size, cutting and bending of steel plates and light medium steel fabrication. TEAM Our young dynamic team is made up of qualified and experienced project managers, Engineers, Quantity surveyors, and support staff working together to ensure each project is carried out on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. 3 Our facilities & operations We have project management, design, shop detailing, fabrication, abrasive blast cleaning and corrosion protection and erection capabilities. We have over 40 employees currently with us, from machine operators, boilermakers to our cleaners all working together. We currently have 4 installing teams and 10 sub contract installers who are all well versed in our installations and have been for many years now. The factory and office operates Monday to Friday 07h00-17h00 and Saturdays 07h00-13h00. Our installers operate as per site requirements in order to ensure delivery of our works on time. Our service centre has a capacity of 300 tonnes /Month Structural, plate steel cut to size service, Our workshop has capacity of circa 150 tons per month depending on the category of steelwork.
