4 Horizontal sectional drawing Apron bar Full-wall element flush-surface sliding element wall connection quality The bls products Topas, Karat and Rubin allow all variants of flexible room design, employing safe and progressive technology. The core part of our element is hidden between covering panels: A welded circumferential steel tube frame with additional cross bracings. The steel tube frame is the bearing skeleton for the functional parts, for the covering panels and the connecting profiles. This structure makes the framework extremely torsion resistant. The welded steel tube frame therefore is the ideal constructive basis and secure foundation for high elements. Track systems One-point suspension Track type 1 Track type 1 is characterised by a slim design of only 100 mm in height including a double bulkheading, as well as very good operation features due to the quadruple roller carrier. Track type 3 Track type 3 is an alternative to track type 1. It is used for direct installation, for example, when no track casing or bulkheading is desired. The quadruple roller carrier arranges for very good moving features. A noise reducing synthetics insertion serves as tread. By using a steel insertion instead, track type 3 can bear heavier loads than track type 1.

5 Element structure Karat ceiling-side track ball bearing mounted rollers horizontal sealing sealing bar with sealing lip steel tube frame magnetic tape sound insulating material Quality features torsion resistant steel tube frame covering panels to be exchanged easily aluminium sealing bars multiple rubber sealings horizontally and vertically aluminium profiles magnetic tape at element joint Two-point suspension Track type 5 Track type 5 permits travelling the elements in almost every angle. Because of the tapered bearing surface of the twin rollers and their special synthetics material, both friction and operation noise is reduced to a minimum. Track type 2 Track type 2 is technically the best solution for movable walls with two-point suspension and, in particular, for heavy elements and complicated operating circumstances. As a matter of principle, all T-switches and intersections are furnished with supporting track rollers to effectively protect the roller carrier from bagging or getting stuck. In addition, the treads of the cross-roller carriers are equipped with a synthetics coating that guarantees an almost noiseless operation.

8 Movable sound-insulating walls Depending on the version, an optimum of sound insulation with a sound insulating factor of up to Rw 59 db is given. Operation is possible either manually, semi automated or depending on the respective layout even fully automated. Topas Funktional protection of edges by girding vertical aluminium profiles in standard colour E6/EV1, anodised (silver) Every RAL shade to be chosen as profile colour Especially recommended for movable walls in highly demanded surroundings as for instance in schools or canteens Karat Integrative design Element joint and front view to be realised with the same surface Even surface without protruding profiles Depending on the choice of the surface, coating of the edges is possible up to a material thickness of 2 mm Rubin Integrative design and best sound insulation Edges as with type bls Karat Element thickness 120 mm to improve sound insulation
