4 Production Process Novafast pipes are made by high-strength continuous fibreglass filament winding process, with exclusively self-retained manufacturing techniques. Our self-developed internal heating curing technique and computer controlled winding allows quality control during the whole course of production. We are always pursuing new techniques to improve our products, with continuous innovation as a focus to providing the best solutions for the market. Quality Control Selection and Inspection of Raw Material Before selecting raw materials, we make an overall evaluation for production, checking through our quality control systems. 7 Fully Accredited Pipe and Composites Training Course At Novafast we know when composite materials are installed correctly, end users get maximum operating benefits from their NovaFlo or NovaLine piping systems. It is proven that most composite pipeline failures occur at the commissioning phase of a project; it is our vision to ensure this does not happen. We implement this by enrolling Pipe Installers and Supervisors through to Engineers and Quality Inspectors in our specialised courses. Each course has both a practical and theory component. The participant is then required to demonstrate their understanding of NovaFlo or NovaLine piping systems by completing a closed book examination. Our internal heating curing technique and computer controlled winding allows quality control throughout the duration of the production process. To maintain the highest quality, Novafast perform 100% hydrostatic pressure tests, thread parametric test and the short-time hydraulic failure pressure tests in accordance with API5HR & API15LR standards. Corrosion Resistant NovaBore GRE bore casing is corrosion free. There is no requirement for internal and external coatings, chemical inhibitors and or cathodic protection. Lightweight - Easy to Install Weighing less than 20% standard carbon steel pipe, NovaBore GRE are lightweight and easy to install. Reduced Costs NovaBore smooth internal surface reduces friction loss and therefore pumping costs.
