Washroom accessories to be provided by the City of Richmond (toilet paper dispenser, soap dispenser, paper towel (or electric hand dryer) to the successful Proponent for installation. 2. Mirror The General Contractor shall provide (1) mirror to be strapped directly to washroom wall above vanity. Bottom edge to line with vanity backsplash. Mirror to be size to suit 3-5 (site verify for exact dimension) in width x 42 in height. Polished edges. 3. The General Contractor shall provide the sink. The sink is available from Crane Canada 1279S Cranada 8 centres. White. Complete with all fittings including but not limited to: lever handles, hot and cold water, stop The General Contractor shall provide the water closet. The water closet is available from Crane Canada EcoMiser White. Complete with all fittings including but not limited to: Seat, seat cover. Center push button flush in chrome The General Contractor shall provide the 4 backsplash for washroom vanity. 6. DOOR CLOSER Storefront doors: Stanley D New interior corridor door: Stanley D Please reclarify that you want the General Contractor to include for the structural engineering and materials, installed as part of our tender. Please provide the existing building structural drawings that would not issued as part of Addendum

2 - 2 - Yes, please include for all structural. Attached to this Addendum No. 2 are the original structural drawings (S-1 thru S-5) and original architectural drawing A8 (Change Room Details). 8. Please clarify that the north pair of exterior doors in old RCMP are NIC. The north pair are NIC 9. Please clarify if flooring is to be in or out of our tender; the documents & addendum seem to indicate the flooring options are to be separate from our tender, however carpet has now been added to the office in the old RCMP area. The flooring is to be included in your submission and the City of Richmond will make a selection from the available options. 10. Millwork in old RCMP: project note 2 contradicts the millwork identified in the partition legend, all on sheet 4 of 8. Also: to place a new door in the existing cabinet's opening requires further information. Example: is there to be a kick, shelving, etc. in this infill? Pricing is requested to: 1) replace countertops and paint existing doors with melamine paint; 2) replace countertops and replace doors to all cabinets; 3) price to replace all cabinetry components including boxes. 11. The environmental report by Pacific did not identify the Change Room north masonry wall, however your representative at the site said something about vermiculite? Please clarify. Based on recent building alteration, the exterior block wall in this area contains vermiculite. 12. All structural related design (including field review and letters of assurance), supply and installation to accommodate the requirements for the window at the Women's Change Room area is to be by the General Contractor. 13. The City of Richmond will be hiring a sprinkler contractor to provide a fire sprinkler system throughout the building. The General Contractor is to work in coordination with the sprinkler contractor to accommodate the installation in the old RCMP and Women's Change Room areas. 14. The General Contractor is to work in coordination with the City of Richmond's security contractor, Safe & Sound Security, to coordinate installation of the building access systems (i.e. card readers, electric strikes, etc.) and security systems in the old RCMP are Women's Change Room areas. The card readers, electric strike and security system components, connections and activations are by Safe & Sound Security. There are no magnetic locks to be used on any doors.
