4 Project Description EVALUATION ONLY items include: Structural and architectural evaluation for the settling tanks, Operating C Building and three Access Buildings Evaluate the location for the new SFP OPT1 settling tank Evaluate FST Nos ground water dewatering system Evaluate number of FST Nos RAS pumps Evaluate settling tank and influent channel hydraulics Evaluate FST Nos. 1-6 collector mechanisms replacement Evaluate FST Nos. 1-6 trough maintenance improvement Evaluate FST Nos. 1-6 influent pipes for grease build-up 4

5 Project Description FST Nos. 1-6 ONLY items include: Replacement of RAS pumps 1-9, instruments, controls and seal water stations Rehabilitate t influent sluice gates and replace manual operators with motorized actuators and DeviceNet connection Install settling tank scum collection system and pump station Replace settling tank FRP weir plates Replace NPW yard piping and post hydrants 5

6 Project Description FST Nos ONLY items include: Replacement of RAS pumps 10-21, instruments, controls and seal water stations Rehabilitate t influent sluice gates and replace existing operators with motorized actuators and DeviceNet connection Replace settling tank traveling bridges with chain and flight collectors and cross collectors Install settling tank scum collection system and pump station Replacement of effluent troughs and weirs Demolish exiting RAS troughs 6
