2 Instructions to the Tenders 1. The tender documents for invitation of bids can be obtained from Engineering Cell, ESIC Hospital, Sector-24, Noida on all working days between 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM starting from to The cost of tender documents is Rs.100/-(non-refundable ) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ESIC Fund Account No.1 (Medical) payable at NOIDA. 3. The sealed tenders accompanying E.M.D amounting to Rs (Rupees Seven thousand Nine hundered and Twenty only ) in the form of DD drawn in favour of ESIC Fund A/C No. 1 (Medical) payable at NOIDA. 4. Tenders forms should be completed is all respects. Incomplete tenders or tenders without E.M.D shall be treated as invalid. 5. The last date of submission of tender is upto 1.00 PM. 6. The tender envelope should be super scribed with Special Repair work of earthing buildings of ESI Hospital Noida and also bear the name of tenderer. 7. The date and time of opening of tender is at 2.30 PM. 8. Each and every page of the tender documents should bear the stamp and signature of authorized representative of the tenderers. 9. The rate of each and every item shall be quoted in Figure and words. In case of any discrepancy in rates, the rates written in words shall prevail. 10. The site for the work is available and can be seen on any working day during office hours by contacting officials of Engineering Cell. 11. The Competent Authority of ESIC, reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or all tenders without assigning any reason. 12. Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. 13. These instructions shall form a part of the contract document. 14. The EMD of unsuccessful tenderers shall be refunded within one month after the award of work to the successful tenderer. 15. Rates quoted shall be firm and fixed and are inclusive of cost of manpower, material, machinery, tools and plant etc, all taxed (including service tax), duties and levies, insurance, etc. no escalation of whatsoever nature shall be payable.

GCC1.1(V) The intended completion date for the whole of the works shall be 30 th March GCC1.1(Y) The Project-Manager is AE (Electrical) GCC1.1(AA) The site is located at ESIC Hospital Sector-24, Noida and defined in the drawing. GCC1.1(DD) The start date shall be 1 St week of March GCC1.1(HH) The works consist of copper plate earthing =44 Nos in the different location in the hospital location at per enclosed sheet GCC2.3(I) The following documents also from part of contract 1. The contract Agreement 2. General Condition 3. BOQ S 4. Drawing GCC3.1 The language of the contract is English. GCC20.1 The site possession date shall be 3 rd of March 2009.

In case of any discrepancy in rates, the rates written in words shall prevail. 10 The site for the work is available and cab be seen on any working day during office hours by contacting Caretakers/Representative. 11 The Competent Authority of ESIC, reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or all tenders without assigning any reason. 12 Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. 13 These instructions shall form a part of the contract document. 14 The EMD of unsuccessful tenderers shall be refunded within one month after the award of work to the successful tenderer. 15 Rates quoted shall be firm and fixed and are inclusive of cost of manpower, material, machinery, tools and plant etc, all taxed (including service tax), duties and levies, insurance, etc. no escalation of whatsoever nature shall be payable.

GCC1.1(DD) The start date shall be 1 St week of March GCC1.1(HH) The works consist of Shifting of main panel in OPD room in the hospital location at per enclosed sheet GCC2.3(I) The following documents also from part of contract 1. The contract Agreement 2. General Condition 3. BOQ S 4. Drawing GCC3.1 The language of the contract is English. GCC20.1 The site possession date shall be 3 rd of March 2009.
