3 Recent Prime Contracts VA 8th Floor Mental Health Expansion and Lobby/Basement Addition - Ann Arbor, MI The Department of Veteran s Affairs commissioned Seven Generations Architecture & Engineering to provide full design services for a renovation of the 8th floor of the main hospital building and a 6,000 sq. ft. addition to the basement and lobby as well. The purpose of this project was to provide additional space for administration, staff support areas, a new building entry, coffee shop, as well as administrative areas for the mental health program, for a total of 21,120 sf combined addition and renovation. 7GAE was responsible for completing field investigation of the existing facility, producing all documents through the design phase, and producing an overall BIM model up to a Level of Development (LOD) 300 level for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. IHS Rapid City Health Clinic - Rapid City, SD 7GAE has been contracted to design a new 200,000 sf health clinic in the heart of the Sioux nation in Rapid City, South Dakota. This clinic will bring various administration and health services into one central location, creating a onestop shop for medical treatment for all patients within the region. 7GAE s responsibility is to perform existing facility assessments, work collaboratively with users for pre-design and programming, and create a schematic design package. During this process, it will be 7GAE s responsibility to produce an overall BIM model up to a Level of Development (LOD) 200 level for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. US Army Corps of Engineers Fort Worth District US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth, TX A/E IDIQ Contract US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Huntsville, AL A/E IDIQ Contract Seven Generations Architecture & Engineering has been contracted to develop full Design-Bid-Build packages and Request for Proposal (RFP) packages for design-build projects; multi-disciplined design support and consultant services; construction management services; cost estimating, cost control and scheduling; design, drafting, and planning services for new construction and renovation, demolition and alterations to existing facilities, engineering, design, and related services to potentially include military construction programming; topographic or boundary surveys; various engineering studies and site investigations; value engineering services; subsurface Geotechnical investigation and testing. Environmental studies/surveys and abatement design services. Seven Generations Architecture & Engineering has been contracted to provide a variety of technical support and design activities for medical systems, facilities, and /sites in support of the Huntsville Engineering & Support Center Medical Division. These include, but will not be limited to medical facilities related services such as the preparation of design criteria, architectural and engineering designs, specifications, evaluations, analyses, studies, economic analyses, consultations, comprehensive planning, program management, value engineering, construction phase services, investigations, surveying, mapping, testing, construction inspection services, preparation of operating and maintenance manuals, equipment and systems commissioning, and other related services for medical facilities, including medical logistics, administrative and training facilities.

4 Purpose and Instructions for RFQ Purpose of Request for Qualifications Seven Generations Architecture and Engineering is seeking large and small business teaming partners for various awarded contracts, as well as those that we are uniquely positioned to win with Tribal Governments, Army Corps of Engineers, Indian Health Services, VA Health Systems and Bureau of Indian Affairs. We are seeking to build long-term relationships and formidable teams with A&E firms. Our strategic business development initiatives embrace prime and sub- contracting.
