All the Architects must furnish details such as 1) Name of the their bank 2) Name of their branch 3) Account number 4) Name of the account holder as in the bank account 5) IFSC No of the branch 6) PAN number. 16 Other conditions As under 1.Architects who are empanelled in Rs.300Lakhs and above category for interior furnishing only eligible to apply. 2.The Architect has to provide their id, contact nos. and postal address in the bid documents. Henceforth, all official communication form bank shall be through and SMS also. 3.The bank reserves the right to cancel or postpone or modify the tenders at any stage without assigning any reason. The bank has right to add or remove the contents in the application till one day before last date of application by way of corrigendum. 4.Though a fee structure approved by the Bank and communicated to all the Architects earlier, it has now been decided to call competitive quote for rendering the services of the Architects on project to project basis. 4 THE BRIEF SCOPE OF THE WORK FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR RENOVATION WORK OF SBLC-MASULIPATNAM Renovation of existing Class Rooms, Office, Library and Toilets with Modern amenities - (8700 sq.ft.) Renovation of Existing Hostel rooms with attached Toilets with modern fixtures 36 rooms Renovation of Dining/Canteen, Kitchen with new tables, tiling, exhaust system, utensils, false ceiling etc sq.ft. Renovation of Recreation Hall 1000 sq.ft. Construction of one additional bed room with attached toilet to the existing quarters- 6 nos Design and construction of open air Auditorium(Amphi theatre) and Children play ground Electrical internal wiring upto DBs Airconditioning(above mentioned areas) In general work shall involves design of class rooms, office, library, hostel rooms, canteen, kitchen and Toilets for various aspects such as furniture, false ceiling etc for modern look. Architect has to appoint a fully qualified Air Conditioning Consultant and Electrical Consultant(Name of the consultants should be informed to the bank and the quoted fee should be inclusive of these consultants fee) Any related works The final scope of work should be discussed with Bank official and design to be submitted accordingly Preparation of 2/3 alternative schematic drawings/designs. Preparation of 3D views Preparation of detailed Drawings and Estimates for all works (for Interior, Electrical and AC works based on the finalised schematic drawings/design) Rate analysis for major items supported by quotations(should be submitted along with estimate) Preparation of e-tender documents for various works(technical bid and price bid together) based on the finalised estimates and submission of Hard copies and soft copy. Evaluation of the bids and Preparation of comparative statement of the tenders and submit their recommendations Supervision of Work Checking of the mark out given by the contractors and selection of colour scheme with the approval of Bank Engaging a full time site Supervisor till completion of work(fees should be inclusive of Site supervisor s salary) Periodical visit to the site for ensuring the quality of the work and to check the whether the work is carried out as per drawings and specifications Checking and Certifying Contractor s Running and final Bills Architect has to enter into agreement on Rs.200/- stamp paper in the prescribed format. The plans and specifications should not be repetitive in nature. Soft copies and hard copies of drawings should be furnished. Co-Ordination and regular follow-up with all agencies involved in the project from time to time Architects who are empanelled in Rs.300Lakhs and above category for interior furnishing only eligible to apply Signature of Architect Page 4 of 8

5 THE TIME LINES TO BE ADHERED FOR THE PROJECT IS AS UNDER: Description Preparation of Alternate lay-out plans /3Ddesigns / discussion with bank to finalise scope of work Preparation of detailed estimates Preparation Tender documents Inviting, finalization of tenders including evaluation of tenders Time 10 Days 7 Days 4 Days 30 Days TIME LINES TO BE STRICTLY ADHERED.THEPROJECT TO BE COMPLETED IN TIME BOUND MANNAER. The mode of payment of fee is as under: Mode of Payments: S.N % Of the total Stage agreed fees on total cost of related work % After completion of alternate sketch plans/3ddesigns, preliminary estimates Architectural design, if any, and their approval by the Bank 2 25 % After completion of working drawings & detailed estimates to the satisfaction of the bank including Architectural & structural drawing & all drawings pertaining to the various specialist services & their approval pertaining to the various trades by the Municipal Corporation or other authorities % After preparation of contract/tender documents including tenders, issue of tender notices in respect of all trades, evaluation of tenders received and submission of recommendations to the Bank and execution of the contract documents for various trades % During the progress of construction/work and in proportion to the value of the said works as certified from time to time and paid by the Bank % On final completion of the project & closing of accounts % After the ACF issue No objection certificate for the Refund of contractors retention money on expiry of Defects liability period of the various contractors and/ or attending to the CTE s / CVO s observations, if any, from time to time till its final disposal and award of arbitration, if any, whichever is later % Total In case, this agreement is terminated, fees shall be paid to the architects for the actual services rendered as per stages referred to in this clause and subject to other provisions about recoveries etc, as provided for elsewhere in this agreement. Please note that the fee quoted should be inclusive of Travelling, Hotel Allowance / Dearness Allowance, Site Supervisor Remuneration (till completion of work) Signature of Architect Page 5 of 8

6 Architect shall visit the site to ascertain the working conditions and local authority regulations / restrictions if any and other information required for the proper planning/execution of the work. Interested architects may submit their tender for rendering their services for the above said project as per the Performa enclosed on or before up to 3.00PM. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.00PM. The tenders shall be submitted in sealed envelope and superscribed with TENDER FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR TAKING UP RENOVATION OF SBLC AT MASULIPATNAM The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons therefore and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. 7 PRICE BID SCHEDULE FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR TAKING UP RENOVATION OF SBLC AT MASULIPATNAM CONSISTS OF INTERIOR, ALLIED CIVIL, ELECTRICAL AND AIR CONDITIONING WORKS PA R T I C U L A R S Architectural services for Renovation of SBLC at Masulipatnam consists of Renovation of existing Class Rooms, office, library, Toilets with Modern amenities Renovation of Existing Hostel rooms, Toilets with modern fixtures Renovation of Dining/Canteen, Kitchen Renovation of Recreation hall Design and construction of open air Auditorium(Amphi theatre) and Children play ground Construction of one additional bed room with attached toilet(6 nos) Electrical wiring/cabling, DBs Airconditioning In general work shall involves design of Class rooms, false ceiling, furniture Toilets, Hostel room Cots, Windows, Flooring, Kitchen Chimney etc Any related works Preparation of 2/3 alternative schematic drawings/3d designs. Preparation of detailed Drawings and Estimates for all works (for Interior,civil, Electrical and AC works based on the finalised schematic drawings/design) Rate analysis for major items supported by quotations(should be submitted along with estimate) Preparation of tender documents based on the finalised estimates and submission of Hard copies and soft copy.
