Box 812 Charleston, West Virginia Dear Ms. Squire: May 15,2009 The Paw Paw - Rt. 19, PSD has received letters of substantial completion for its upgrade project and respectfully request that it be permitted to charge the rates approved by the Commission in Case No PWD-CN. As requested, an original and twelve copies of the letters of substantial completion and the bid tabulation have been enclosed for your records. Please note that the District could not make copies of the full bid tabulation table, which has been enclosed with the original (only the summary page was copied). The District respectfully requests that the Commission also finalize its request for a Rule 30B rate increase to supplement the new rates as a result of the higher rates approved for the City of Fairmont. The District s Rule 30B case number is PWD-30B. The District respectfully requests expedited treatment of this request to avoid a negative cash flow as a result of the higher rates approved for the City of Fairmont.
