5 Upstream Loadmaster Industries, Inc. was established in 1986 under the name Loadmaster Derrick & Equipment, Inc. During the first decade after its establishment, Loadmaster was mainly known as a derrick and mast fabricator with high quality products. Over the years, Loadmaster continuously kept growing and developing new lines of equipment for the upstream petroleum market. Today, our company is also known as a manufacturer and supplier of mechanical drilling equipment such as stand building cranes, automated pipe rackers, racking assists, retract dollies, casing stabbing boards, hydraulic catheads, deadline anchors, automated racking boards, well rite pipe stabbers, and parking systems. Loadmaster s broad experience and high quality products made us one of the most compatible providers of drilling structures, equipment, and services. In the last several years, our company was involved in numerous projects related to land rigs, large scale substructures, and complex offshore drilling vessels and platforms. Now, together with alliance partners, Loadmaster offers complete drilling packages for the modern upstream petroleum market. 6 Midstream At our ASME licensed facility, we fabricate and test high and low pressure piping, pressure vessels, process piping for specialty mechanical applications, pipe racks, modules and skid packages for the oil, petrochemical, and industrial markets. Our experienced engineering and manufacturing teams are highly prepared to solve and execute different challenging tasks and projects related to the midstream petroleum industry. We implement a stringent quality control system to monitor all parts and processes in order to assure high quality and excellent performance of our final products. 7 Downstream Our 30 years of experience in designing, fabricating, testing and servicing heavy and light structural steel, piping systems, and skid modules makes us an experienced and valuable contractor in the oil and petrochemical market. We can offer various turnkey solutions for our downstream clients from initial design phase to the final fabrication and field installation stages. Our engineering department is equipped with the latest structural and piping design and modeling software packages as well as experienced in-house engineers and modelers. Our QC inspectors are trained to operate within AWS D1.1, AWS D1.5, ASME B31.3, AISC, RCSC, OSHA, and Coast Guard Codes and Regulations. All operation processes are closely monitored by project managers and project coordinators to ensure on time quality products. 8 Engineering & Design Loadmaster Industries Engineering Department is structured to handle a wide variety of structural, piping, and mechanical design work in order to meet multiple engineering challenges, with on-staff Mechanical, Structural, and Civil Engineers. Our Modeling and Detailing Department is integrated with the Engineering Department and is fully capable to meet various design challenges associated with the upstream, midstream, and downstream markets. Project Management Loadmaster s Projects Management Department works closely with customers and Loadmaster team members to ensure projects run smoothly, safety, on budget and on schedule. Our project management team utilizes an advanced ERP system to monitor all operations and updates customers regularly. We are committed to providing high quality, reliable products that meet or exceed the specifications of our customers. All materials and parts must pass a multi-stage inspection process before being allowed to enter and proceed through fabrication. With traceability being of such high importance, Loadmaster tracks all areas of concern within an advanced ERP system. MTRs, welder s logs, and NDE logs are all tracked and attached to our ERP system. Furthermore, Loadmaster Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies meet the highest level of Industry Standards. The company participates and maintains an approval rating with all industry standard safety programs: SEMS, ISNetworld, DISA, and NCMS.
